又到星期五,今次一行五人黎到石塘咀天樂餐廳。平時就成日經過但入去食都係第一次。中午時間都要等一等位,不過都好快入得。今餐就試左個千島醬焗豬扒飯,朋友們就叫左瑞士汁牛河。佢既午餐唔算好貴,對於我黎講叫OK啦(我窮牙麻)一個set 入面有餐飽,湯,主食同野飲五十幾蚊係咪ok呢。我就叫左個白湯,第一次飲白湯竟然有蘿蔔粒,不過都幾好飲。最特別就係佢個千島醬焗豬扒飯,冇錯係千島醬,係米好特別呢。嘩⋯⋯食落真係唔錯,甜甜地最緊要係我本身都喜歡千島醬。所以點而個真係冇得輸。而瑞士汁牛河夠多汁牛肉又夠嫩真係好好味,都係必食之選。之後我自己都特登去食晚餐,但係晚餐點同午餐點一樣的話就真係貴的啦,起碼多30蚊以上就係多左個甜品咁大把。總括黎講午餐無需加一,五十幾蚊咩都有仲唔係抵食,所以我都係去食午餐好啦 繼續閱讀

又黎開西環開工,今次想食西餐,就唸到去天樂餐廳醫肚。 呢間餐廳既空間其實就非常細 隔離枱講咩都聽到,坐得唔舒服。不過等左一陣 一入門口 個老闆娘就好好招呼 同客人有講有笑咁。睇左餐牌後就選左個芝士牛肉飯 ,羅宋湯(跟餐)。 個羅宋湯就睇得出好足料 味道唔錯 不過就辣左d。佢仲有餐包送同個湯同時上, 熱辣辣咁,搽埋牛油都幾好味。 至於個芝士牛肉飯 有驚喜 起初以為會好膩 點知愈食愈好味 d牛肉都算嫩 唔韌。最尾叫左杯餐飲西洋菜蜜(跟餐),不過不失。埋單就50hkd,價錢相宜。 繼續閱讀

今日中午又去覓食,同事話去試下新嘢啦,喺西營盤咁耐都未試過呢間天樂,一於去試下啦~大約一點鐘到門口,要等位,侍應話大約等5分鐘左右啦。佢仲叫我地諗定食咩~ 我哋就喺門口睇餐牌揀野食落埋單喇~到我地喇,一入去坐低已經上餐湯,速度極快!忌廉湯有粟米同啲肉喺裡面~羅宋湯都算足料餐包 - 幾懷舊feel~燒豬脾 - 啲豬脾片乾身左啲,個汁太鹹鮮茄龍利魚飯 - 朋友話正常招牌瑞士雞翼麵 - 有3隻大雞翼,港式瑞士汁,幾懷舊~葡汁焗牛脷飯 - 上枱時仲超熱,焗出黎幾香~服務要一讚,老闆娘見啲汁整到我件衫,立即拎濕紙巾比我整甩佢,讚! 繼續閱讀

it started off with my one mistake. instead of going for the tea offer, I gave in to the menu handed to me (which resulted in my paying double for a dish). however, I wouldn't have minded if the food would have been any good. besides finding soaked French fries in my sweet and sour pork I actually started to feel sick half way through because of its consistency. and mind you, I can stomach a lot. 繼續閱讀

Located beside the busy Des Voeux Road West of Sai Wan, the first glance of Amy's Kitchen gives one an impression of a very typical Hong Kong style steak restaurant. In fact, it's furnishings and foods are HK styl-ish as well.A family-liked restaurant, customers and the staff seems knowing each other quite well. The seating area was quite packed, small tables joining each other with not much free space, not comfy for ones with enormous size.Ordered a sirloin steak dinner set, the starters baked bread was fresh and warm, the Borscht soup was rich and tasty too. For the steak, I think they have standardized the cooking procedures so they didn't have asked me for the doneness of the meat. It came up around medium well to well done, burnt to a crisp outside with garlic sauce on top. The texture was tendered but feel like being salted and marinated too much(a typical Hong Kong styled steak), which resulted in a strong and salty flavor. The side dishes are deep fried potato wedges, crispy outside and nicely done.
