3點鐘來個 High Tea 啦喂☕️~同姊妹一齊去左香格里拉酒店吃下午茶,今個下午茶揉合了花果主題,所以名為花香果漾下午茶🌼,而且聯乘了法國護膚品牌Darphin。以Darphin皇牌產品-全效舒緩鎮靜精華為創作靈感,下午茶加入了牡丹、山楂和洋甘菊等花植元素,配合各種時令食材入饌,每款甜點和鹹點都散發出誘人的香味,忍不住要馬上品嚐啦😋。鳥籠懸垂至天花板的設計,繞著黃色花串襯托出優雅的風格。先來香橙鬆餅,配上芬芳的玫瑰果醬或者軟滑的英式式奶油,每一口淡淡的橙香,帶來鬆軟、經典的滋味。鹹點有香煎帶子配薰衣草、檸檬及蜂蜜/ 柑橘醃三文魚配香草/ 鴨肝凍配山楂及車厘子醬/ 洋甘菊浸龍蝦配橄欖油魚子醬,顏色繽紛多彩,每一件做得很精緻,特別喜歡這個洋甘菊浸龍蝦配橄欖油魚子醬,龍蝦肉滲出淺淺的洋甘菊香味,怡人撲鼻。甜點有雲呢拿忌廉配洋甘菊凍/ 荔枝玫瑰慕絲配蛋白/ 香橙泡芙/ 杏仁海綿蛋糕配茉莉花忌廉及山梅子醬。每款都結合了花的元素,讓味蕾吃花,也仿如置身於花園當中。最讚這個荔枝玫瑰慕絲配蛋白,荔枝與玫瑰很搭,配上頂層的蛋白,軟綿綿得好像白雲朵。還有三粒特別口味的朱古力,包括山楂牛奶朱古力、黑草莓朱古力和洋甘菊朱古力,入口即溶,朱古力味好濃郁。牛油蛋糕配草莓果醬及牡丹花,整個蛋糕充滿少女味道,粉紅外表裡面是牛油蛋糕和草莓果醬,表面的牡丹花是食用花,真的把花吃到肚子裏呢!品嚐完精緻的甜點鹹點,吃點水果解膩一下,最底下一層是新鮮的莓果配上紫羅蘭,莓果蘊含維生素與抗氧成分,對女士肌膚保養很有好處。至於下午茶是配兩杯飲品的,有不同的茶和咖啡,我後悔沒有選擇茶,偏偏爽直地點了凍檸檬茶,糖水可以自己添加。朋友則點了熱咖啡☕️,郁香撲鼻。品嚐完這麼精緻的下午茶後,臨走時亦獲贈了限量Darphin皇牌護膚體驗套裝,包括全效舒緩鎮靜精華(5ml)、洋甘菊修護精華油(4ml)及花梨木精油潔面凝霜(5ml),秋天用來滋養肌膚最適合不過啦!下午茶至到11月尾,約埋姊妹去 High Tea 啦👭🥂。 繼續閱讀

Since most of us are working at weekdays, we usually can enjoy Afternoon Tea at weekends only.  Lobby Lounge here started their Evening high tea where we can enjoy it after work. You also get to try their ice-cream mooncakes in this set.So following my mishap last time at Lobby Lounge, it has been almost a year before I came here again. All the services of the other restaurants at Shangri-la were great this year so I came back again. This time the service was much better.It is served with their signature bird cage. The savories came first. I like this set menu as there are much more savory items compared to the usual sets. The best item of the cold savory would be the foie gras. It was not overwhelming and the fig and peach on top balanced out the flavors. The Beef puff was my favorite hot savory with the light pastry outside and the pepper giving it some extra flavor.The ginger panna cotta only had a hint of ginger flavor to it. I would have liked it to be a bit stronger though maybe they worry not everyone likes the strong flavors of ginger.For the mooncakes, it was a tad below my expectations. The outer layer was a bit too dense and thick. The milk tea flavor stood out but the lychee flavor was a bit underwhelming.Overall, it was a pleasant experience though I hope they can improve their mooncakes a bit. 繼續閱讀

每個table所set嘅area都好大 坐得好舒服 唔會覺得好迫 同fd傾計傾好relax👍👍鹹點同甜點都好好味!!甜點唔會係個d死甜 會配撘其他配料 加上餅底夠鬆脆 好味😍🥰🥰鹹點都好高質 尤其是個鴨肝唔會好重口味👍🥰🥰 繼續閱讀

用鳥籠serve嘅下午茶,仲要每兩位有一份Darphin護膚品送,性價比超高。下午茶精髓除咗咖啡/茶之外,個人覺得個scone都好重要。原本對哩間餐廳嘅食物質素無咩期待嘅,因為佢唔算出名;老實講係覺得有得食有得拎好抵,所以抱住一試無防嘅心態嚟幫襯嘅。點知,一試佢個scone好有驚喜喎。其實scone唔係咩特別嘢,但可能就係普通嘢先最考廚房嘅功力啦。哩度個scone好味嘅,夠牛油香,唔油而且外脆内鬆化;個jam同clotted cream都好味,配埋食好完滿。其他咸甜點都好味。原本諗住哩個價錢仲有嘢送應該唔好抱太大期望同咁高要求,但試過之後覺得佢交足貨,性價比高。就算唔再做聯營優惠,都會再嚟呀。個咖啡都好飲,真係一個不錯嘅下午茶選擇。 繼續閱讀

下午茶主題係「鳥語」,同一般三層既下午茶,佢特別在於個鳥籠,每一張枱都有個鳥籠,而且枱與枱之間空間好大,坐得好舒服😌九龍香格里拉酒店下午茶每過一排就會改食物,今次我地去食既時候,頭兩層係甜點,第三層係鹹點,最底層係水果,stone 另外上,而茶我地叫左伯爵茶🍵頂層小蛋撻好食,第二層朱古力蛋糕好純,好濃郁朱古力味,第三層我最中意個煙三文魚,最底層既水果全部都好甜,而stone 都好鬆化,唔會好乾,好好食 繼續閱讀
