前幾日Planning 好明日去環球貿易廣場sky 100，加上睇雜誌介绍呢間酒店The Lounge & Bar(102/F望住成個維港)有high-tea ，見到D相又好似幾得，而location就係sky 100高2層立刻打電話book 位try try，居然no booking ar~~，想cancel唔去，最後都going~~13:00pm 到ELEMENTS.....sky 100 由搭至入口到SKY 100都覺得幾特別，其他就ok la。。。行完都13:45pm，就試下去酒店睇下可否早d到唔怕無位，去到around 14:00pm.......再問The Lounge & Bar 食tea係咪15:00pm，職員話要15:00pm先入得再問15:00pm到會否有位?建議我哋14:30pm係度排定隊(hotel 要客人係lobby 排隊waiting？？？？？)離開hotel去elements行咗一陣，心想都係早少少返去hotel，14:15pm點知已經有10幾人waiting!!!!!!!!!見到waiting大多數係young~~，仲有係一班friend ~~等到1

We just had a bad experience in this afternoon. 今日係復活節假期最後一日同媽咪去圓方買完嘢, 稔住去starbucks, 點知冇位媽咪就提議去新開嘅ritz carlton食tea, 雖然我哋之前啱啱食完肥到爆嘅Dan Ryan我未去已經感覺到會冇位, 去到果然chocolate library冇位, 但pastry gems同the lounge and bar竟然有都幾多位service: 去到就有人問去邊, 係lift口仲有好多人係到幫你check樓上嘅restaurants有冇位, 有人帶上去, 仲陪你玀位 餐廳嘅服務都好好 lift口其實就係pastry gems. pastry gems 係就咁擺咗幾張枱櫈同一個蛋糕櫃. 蛋糕櫃同美麗華嘅coco有同一個問題,就係玻璃櫃起霧, 蛋糕睇得唔清楚, 由於pastry gems嘅擺設大失我嘅期望, 所以揀咗去the lounge and barthe lounge and bar 去到已經通知我哋tea set賣晒...咁我哋就決定散叫cakethe lounge and bar嘅設計同好多新派嘅酒店好相似, 好似美麗華, W嗰啲

友人們很久前已經有去 high tea 的念頭, 大家也未試過, 又沒有 idea 往那裡吃, 久久也不成事最近得知在ICC有一間有提供 afternoon tea set 的地方, 麗斯卡爾頓酒店 ( 連名字也不用麗嘉酒店, 轉用大陸譯音了, 唉.....)人生第一次 high tea, 當然要選擇在最HIGH的地方來嘗試, 這間當然是不二之選在此看過其他食家的食評, 雖然3點才有 afternoon tea set, 但又不設預訂服務, 一定要 walk in, 所以與友人一早來到否則不知要等多很長時間才有位給我們, 其實也真的很擔心香港的排隊等位風氣會越來越誇張我們2:15分左右到達酒店大堂, 已見一條長龍, 心想, 不是那麼嚴重吧~!?再問問職員, 這條龍就是排隊上去 The Lounge & Bar 享用afternoon tea的, 見到如此多人, 就問問 The Chocolate Library 的又是否在這裡排原來他們已經分了兩條隊, The Chocolate Library 的只有2 group 人在排隊, 但友人不太好chocolate, 所以我們還是選擇了 T

自從聽到"ritz carlton"一詞後便很想到該酒店用餐. 自助餐應該冇,但high tea一定有.high tea不設預訂,只可walk in,但在平日食客不太多的日子,只可在大堂等候至3時左右才上樓high tea.high tea 1人餐$198再加一,包一杯茶/啡. 要一杯香檳加$150.待應allocate個window seat俾我,望住海境high tea的感覺很愉快.全set最好味的是bluberry cheese cake(中間層中間的一件) 同canneles (下層最入的一件).唯一稍遜的地方係佢的法式軟芝士黃梅合桃包(上層最入面的一件)好難食,及提供的黃梅醬很酸.咖啡(壺內)雖少,只得兩杯左右,但很香很濃.埋單$218,算抵食.

久違了它, 重臨香江, Ritz Carlton, 知道它在九龍從新開業, 當然要第一時間嘗試它的食物.因為太多人訂位, 所以酒店不接新客, 只能 Walk-In, 多年前嘗過港島店的餅, 而它的傳統 high tea都十分出名.因此再次品嚐它的味道, 空間感十分大, 而裝修也不錯. 有精美吊燈, Cyber 感覺比較重,向海的坐位都比較多, 面向中,西環. 吃下午茶最佳位置, 還有樂師彈奏, 價錢可以接受.推介:煙三文魚醬刁草牛油軟包:味道雖淡, 但清涼最後吃, 可令口腔減低濃味.藍莓芝士蛋糕:味道濃, 餅底厚而鬆化價錢: $412.5 (兩位, 以包加一服務費)
