尊貴套餐:$648 (會員價)$708 (非會員價)再加10% service charge黃湯花膠海味羹**外觀以為是粟米羮 其實係用咗蛋黃,魚翅做成的湯羹,而魚翅的份量也非常多,反而主打花膠為名的湯羮,花膠就唔多覺眼。但味鲜大公館小碟**左上: 潤澤素燒鵝~味道不錯。右上:麻香蒿荀~新鮮爽脆左下: 慢煮陳年花雕醉雞卷~花雕味濃。右下: 招牌黑毛豬叉燒~肉質彈牙。整體過失,沒有驚喜。法國藍腳菇炒蘇格蘭蟶子皇**食材確是非常獨特,而藍脚菇的份量也多, 而蟶子就藏在菇堆中,可能用了豆豉黑椒調味,也食不出菇味和蟶子的味道。感覺像一堆雜炒放在蟶子殼上甘栗乾果稻草肉**像東坡肉,但肥肉夠多,亦沒有入口即溶的口感,但感覺用心炮製的一道菜式。琥珀金鈎浸時蔬**用蝦乾, 杞子等食材伴著上湯浸菜心。食完上一味很heavy的 甘栗乾果稻草肉,簡直係清泉之作金瑤櫻花蝦蛋白炒飯~樱花蝦非常多,再伴瑤柱絲,芥蘭粒,蛋白同炒,非常好味飯粒亦炒得非常乾身,巳十成飽的我,仍然可以食清成碗。金箔芝麻卷**現在巳很難在酒家食到的自家製芝麻卷,芝麻味香濃,甜味適中。非常回味 繼續閱讀

一年一度生日月約生日飯,開心不只是桌上菜餚,而是身邊一班好友,邊食邊傾,勁治癒 。 早前小弟生日茶聚,約了在荔枝角 D2 出口的「D2 Place」。商場前身是工貿商廈,搖身一變成為創意市集中心,有林林總總特色小店,亦有不少食店芸集,形成飲食天地的格局,幾年間儲了一定的知名度,其中一間是「大公館」。 「大公館」之前吃了好幾次,不過是吃晚飯,中午飲茶還是第一次。今次慶祝生日,點了不同點心,試試手藝。 開胃冷盤「芥末秋葵雞絲」,滿滿鼓起一碟: 秋葵即 ladyfinger 或毛茄,以健康食物來說已大熱好幾年,坊間對它的營養、健腸胃降血脂功效都有認識。有人喜歡它的味道,有人不習慣它滑潺潺的質感,我個人就蠻喜愛。 這秋葵撈了雞絲和日本芥末,wasabi 索一索舒筋活絡,開胃。 另一項我很喜歡這裡的是「豉油皇煎腸粉」: 周街酒樓都有得食,其實易做難精。腸粉本身拉得激滑,連靚豉油一起煎得焦香,上枱靚仔,不會只得一股鹹,絕對要點! 「焗叉燒包」: 「黑毛豬叉燒」: 原隻炆鮑魚拿來做「鮑魚撻」,新一年大家食得招積又富貴: 蒸點心也點了好幾款,「素菌粉果」,「大大蝦餃」: 我覺得「大公館」叫點心的好處,是可以因應人頭調整每籠點心的數量。例如當日我們五個人,點心和叉燒都有五件,不用 fix 住一籠四粒。 「薑汁炒芥蘭」,爽脆的,薑汁調味也不錯,可以幼番少少就 perfect: 壓軸亮點仍是腸粉,中間捲入類似春卷,包了新鮮蝦肉,自己淋豉油,似「春風得意腸」的親戚。 腸粉皮依舊做得靚,粉皮質地滑,蝦肉爽彈: 最後的「壽桃包」: 生日飲茶食得開心滿足,感謝在座靚仔靚女做東請客。適逢新一年的年臨,大家 2018 年要過得開心順利啊 XD 繼續閱讀

Heard of the positive comments of Greater China Club and came here to celebrate Mom's birthday. When Greater China Club was first launched, they only serve members but after a while it is opened to the public. It is led by a team of expert chefs who have vast experience working in Michelin star restaurants. Greater China Club is easily accessible (in D2 Place One, 10/F). Stepping out of the lift, the restaurant entrance is stylish yet it keeps the traditional Chinese feeling (with 2 red doors and black sign).Restaurant seating is spacious and the staff looking after our table is attentive. There are many dishes to choose from on the menu and it took us around 10 mins to order. On the menu, there's a member and non-member price (min. difference of $10 per dish).Fresh Chinese Yam Marinated with Preserved Plum Sauce $88The yam is cut into cubes and nicely presented. A very refreshing appetizer. The yam is fresh with a strong plum sauce flavor.Lettuce with Sichuan Spicy Sauce $88The lettuce isn't cut into thin slices. Instead, it is cut around 1.5cm and braid in the middle. Sichuan sauce a little spicy but refreshing.Barbecue Prime Iberico Pork $248Chef recommendation dish. Unlike traditional HK barbecue pork...it is not sweet/crispy on the outside with thick cuts. The meat is so juicy and lean. Balance of fat and meat. My family prefer the traditional HK barbecue pork more than this.Pan-fried Chicken with Spring  Onion and Ginger Soy Sauce $228Another Chef recommendation dish, this is a must try. The chicken meat is juicy and tender with a thin coating of soy sauce. It was not salty and we cannot stop eating it.Sauteed Kale with Ginger in Rice Wine $128Strong rice wine smell with a strong garlic taste. Assorted Vegetables and Seafood in Seafood Soup $208Generous portion of mixed vegetables. The orange soup base is made of shrimp head. Scallop is thick cut and fresh. The vermicelli is hidden under the scallop and fully soaked the soup. Fried Rice with Wagyu Beef and Black Truffle $288Strong black truffle smell and flavor. The wagyu beef melted in our mouths but the rice is a little greasy.Shou Bao $72Shou Bao means longevity buns, symbolize health and longevity. It is in a shape and color of a peach. We ordered Shao Bo instead of buying a cake. The buns is thin with generously filled lotus paste.People commented the staff service was bad but my experience tonight was great. 話梅鐵棍淮山清香柚子凍鮑魚家鄉生拆魚茸羹醇香花雕蛋白蒸蟹鉗蝦乾啫啫唐生菜煲脆米蒜香雞招牌黑毛豬叉燒蛋白杏仁茶 懷舊芝麻卷白飯.所有菜餚都經過 精心佈置,賣相精緻,賞心悅目。 我們所點的菜式,味道都十分好,大家都吃得好開心 好滿意。 本人 特別推介 脆米蒜香雞 和 家鄉生拆魚茸羹。 雞皮脆卜卜,肉嫩滑,有雞味。 至於魚茸羹像稀稀的粥,鮮甜無比,一絲絲的魚肉,是一道手工菜。 醇香花雕蛋白蒸蟹鉗 也做得很出色,比較同級餐廳做得更好,不訪一試。 本人覺得黑毛豬叉燒就一般。.要稱讚 店員的服務態度是很好,有自然的禮貌,友善。 基本上客人不需要主動要求幫忙,他們已經安排了。 我們可以安心地相聚,享用美食。.店內環境十分舒適,不嘈雜,是一個 三五知己相聚的好地方。 繼續閱讀

今日一家人去食晚飯。入去既時候已經搞錯人數,叫職員拎BB櫈已經叫咗3次!叫嘢食嗰陣我地已經over咗$8000,職員係咁叫我地join 會員我地無比佢咩反應佢地就開始衰到連水都要叫勁多次先加比我地。又係BB隔離上湯,叫佢執枱又係叫咗n次!!!!再叫佢拎蛋糕,拎咗出黎又放係度放咗好耐都唔幫我地拎上枱。咗我地自己拎自己切自己分都要收我地$250!個呀姐重比說話我地聽!大大聲個另外個職員講’咁人地要影相先切蛋糕都無計呀!‘唔通平時啲人係切完先影相?最差係我地唱生日歌叫我地唔好咁嘈,話宜度好多人傾生意!over$8000可以坐房嫁!點解唔安排呢?傾生意唔係房傾嫁咩?我不嬲都唔會打食評...不過奉勸一句!你去食飯唔好嘈同要受氣你諗下食唔食啦! 繼續閱讀
