由於想試呢度嘅蛇羹特別的寫了個全部是我們想食的菜式。頭盤: 墨魚咀冶味但麻辣味亦十足, 燒汁牛舌則強差人意, 牛舌嘅騷味不足燒汁較甜。酥炸田雞腿係3品之中最出色嘅一品👍👍。 炸衣是一塊塊稍硬脆口的麵粉瘩。能保持腿肉的鮮嫩。蛇羹的湯水較熱飲時不能急。 湯內相當豐富的雞胸肉。其他配料也多, 湯的杰度剛剛好。油雞縱翡翠炒龍躉球的油雞縱原來係醬料來的, 我們原以為是見到菌類, 所以係一個醬炒魚塊。魚肉相當之嫩滑。完全保住魚肉內嘅鮮味。乾燒大虎蝦也是同我們想像的有出入, 留意到英文菜名上寫住的是"Wok fired tiger prawns in spicy sauce " 一般乾燒意思會理解為豉油汁乾燒。不過這裡採用的是泰式燒雞醬開的醬汁。燒雞醬的甜辣味普遍都較為霸道。很可惜蝦的原鮮味被蓋過了。蝦本身肉質爽口彈牙這是無可置疑的了。燒汁蘆筍金菇安格斯牛肉卷, 相當懷舊的菜式。大部份有興趣在家煮飯的主婦應該都會挑戰過這菜式只要你是"牛精"!當晚沒有用金菇改為白雪菇。效果比金菇有咬口而且沒那麼多水分。牛肉片雖說很薄一片但燒汁仍蓋不過牛肉本身嘅濃郁騷味👍。蘆筍一條顯得較為形影隻單。燒妙齡鴿炸色好吸引食慾, 難得的是鴿胸依然軟嫩多汁👍, 欖菜粟米松子炒飯, 份量豐富。松子大量, 炒得完全乾身。可能有人會覺得無油好乾都唔定, 相對要求廚師的技巧要更高不過我們覺得這種炒飯也相當唔錯。最後甜品合桃露甜味同杰度適中。用的合桃份量應該多一點都不為過。食物原材料質素高, 廚藝保持水準, 全程服務滿意, 擺碟上有落心機, 但當然擺碟方式都係好"1983"! 尤其是推介麻辣墨魚咀跟燒乳鴿必試之選。所有調味水平都係上一代熟悉的味道係本店嘅特色之一。 繼續閱讀

慶祝朋友考試完畢諗住幫佢慶祝一下,特登book咗一間比較高級嘅中餐廳就係位於跑馬地嘅呢間壹玖捌叄。入到去餐廳空間寬躺,同隔離枱都有一啲距離,有多啲私人嘅空間。我哋點左幾個菜同埋一份甜品。咖啡溏心燻蛋呢隻溏心蛋外面蛋白好香咖啡味而且加上煙熏味,食落去蛋黃口感非常潤滑柔軟質地剛剛好,咁有特色嘅溏心蛋都係第一次食。樟茶鴨方呢個菜式比較特別,係有燒鴨上面加咗蝦膠同埋芝麻,食落去外皮好脆而且滿滿芝麻味而且蝦膠好彈牙同埋鴨肉味道好夾好香口。京果陳醋咕嚕肉呢碟菜食上碟嘅時候賣相非常好,廚師係碟上面畫咗一棵花,感覺好誇張。每粒咕嚕肉都炸得好香口而且嘅醬汁都剛剛食得好滋味。紫薯金沙球我自己本人好鍾意食紫薯同埋流沙嘅嘢所以叫咗呢一個甜品, 果然冇失望每粒金沙球面都佈滿芝麻食落去好香口而且咬落去好有紫薯味,裏面嘅流沙非常香整個味道一流。雖然價錢係貴咗少少但係作為一間高級中餐館佢嘅特色食物已經值回票價, 會介紹朋友再去。 繼續閱讀

Restaurant is fully booked? No worries. Can still order takeout. I called to make the order and pickup myself after. Firstly, a girl picked up my call, but she seemed not confident enough to take orders. Then, she passed my call to another guy immediately. I would say that guy sounded professional and polite even it was just over a phone call. It was my first time trying their food. And I was a bit confused about what to order. He is able to make suggestions which was helpful. I also particularly like the way he talked like “yes, certainly” etc., making me feel he was trained in service properly before. About the food, everything was nice. I would not say they tasted like 2-3 stars Michelin awarding food, but they were all above average at least. Actually, about $40-50 a dim sum dish is not cheap, but their food quality is fair enough to its price. I guess it would be even nicer if we dined in. 繼續閱讀

低調但美味既中菜 🤣⁣早排同屋企人食飯選擇咗喺跑馬地嘅呢間中菜館 🥳 裝潢平實唔奢華但坐得好舒服好適合同屋企人嚟食 👍🏻⁣⁣/涼拌牛蒡蟲草花 咖啡溏心燻蛋/⁣自己本身唔係太鍾意食牛蒡 但係涼拌醬汁好開胃 鹹鹹地帶少少甜味 唔錯喔 👍🏻 燻蛋流心嘅效果都十足但係咖啡味就唔係好突出 🙈 ⁣⁣/菊花豆腐燉花膠湯/⁣好足料飲到花膠嘅鮮味 成個湯飲落清清地 好舒服 而且菊花豆腐既刀工真係 💯💯💯⁣⁣/京果陳醋咕嚕肉 一口鮑魚豆腐 ⁣松子蟹肉芙蓉蝦球/⁣三道主菜都好有水準 肉質新鮮 而且份量都算慷慨 完全唔驚食唔飽 🤩⁣⁣/鮑汁章魚雞粒炒飯/⁣炒飯粒粒分明 但係完全唔會油膩 鮑汁亦都可以好好咁覆蓋每一粒飯 章魚同雞粒令到成個炒飯更加香 而且口感豐富 🙆🏻‍♀️⁣⁣ 繼續閱讀

A great yum cha place in the happy valley neighborhood - although it doesn't serve a vast variety of dim sum but surely they focus on the food quality.All dim sum were served sizzling hot on bamboo steamers baskets and i couldn't help but drooled when i still see the steam while picking them up with the chopsticks; everything that i ordered was tasty but the food is a bit pricey here. 繼續閱讀
