今日去了西摩道工作,又有機會去堅道27食午餐⋯⋯一點行到去都剛好有位坐~看下今日有咩食先?其實我係會看完餐牌再會看個真實的樣先決定食邊個,因為四個餐都做得好味又好有賣相,我就選了葱油汁煎豬扒拼司華力腸同事點了香草荔枝汁龍利柳。先來個餐湯暖胃(白湯),送餐時間都快五到八分鐘就會送到面前,整體服務可以,食物有心思又好味,地方容納到40至50人,lunch時間多數要等五到十分鐘。二人去排隊就會快,因為我經常兩人去食嘛~

I think this place may have changed owners as the front sign looks different (a green, slicker sign). A menu was displayed at the ground floor entrance of the basement restaurant. Was attracted by the $18 afternoon tea set so decided to give it a try. It was 3pm on a Saturday afternoon and the place was almost empty except for another occupied table and some staff sitting around. Orderd the samosa tea set. The hot lemon tea quickly arrived. After awhile the samomas were served - to my surpise it was nicely presented with some side salad leaves and green sauce. The samosas were pipping hot and tasted fresh. Not what you would expect from a HK style cafe. I think the chef is Indian. Some indian instrumental music was being played in the background too.

午飯偶然行到這餐廳,只有4個選擇:豬扒,炒意粉,鴨胸同芝士海鮮。紅湯味道ok,無乜菜但唔太稀。我叫左個芝士海鮮飯,個汁好甜,感覺好奇怪,撈埋飯好似rice pudding!見到d海鮮好無奈,全部都係細過指甲既魷魚同蝦。唔明白點解要用魷魚BB,基本上好唔環保而且overfishing這些細魷魚係非常影響海洋生態。相信這碟$48既飯絕對可以用其他食才。見間餐廳衛生麻麻,選擇左熱飲,熱檸茶ok,茶味夠濃。

一個豬扒蛋出前一丁。要25分鐘先完成,仲要啲味精粉係底未熔,麵就太林,豬扒〜不!豬肉乾比較貼切。得三舊,每舊手指咁上下,無汁,勁硬!唯一可取,係隻蛋。至於餐飲〜〜淡淡的。

這間餐廳專做街坊生意,我便是其一,名字沒變但廚師老闆就不停變,就近方便我也不講要求,但最近的水準真是差太遠,以前是用新鮮雜菜沙很今天居然只是一堆發黃生菜,生文魚就砌到紙一樣薄!明白現在生意難做成本又貴但不維持質數怎能對得住顧客呢?
