今次我地去左深水埗呢邊去黃金睇下電腦野同PS 5野,地鐵站出黎黃金電腦商場附近就有呢間堅信號,佢分店都唔少,好多區都有,就近近地食呢間😁佢類似係茶餐廳模式同格局,點餐係用自己枱面既QR code落單,仲有個教學教點樣食佢地既生煎包😆堅信號生煎包(4個)($42)首先一定要叫佢地既生煎包,間店就係叫生煎皇,點可以唔食,生煎包個底燶得幾香,裡面係爆曬湯,我細細啖咬開先慢慢食,肉汁同d湯都好好味,鐘意食皮簿就小籠包,燶底既就生煎包,我兩樣都ok,而呢度兩樣都有😋萵筍泡椒魚皮($52)呢個泡椒魚皮佢仲有好多芫茜,有人鐘意,有人會嫌佢陣味,我就冇問題,所以都覺得幾好,魚皮脆口入味,仲有少量原條泡椒食,幾過癮🌶️胡麻醬雞絲粉皮($38)個雞絲粉皮正常水平,雞絲料都足,最緊要就係佢夠多醬,唔洗乾啃d粉皮😛雲吞雞(半隻)($128)枱頭見佢做緊呢個日嚐暖意之選既推廣,就揀左個雲吞雞試,諗住推廣緊既實掂,佢同出面酒樓式既上海店水準做得差唔多好,以為呢度茶餐廳樣期望唔會好高,但出奇地好,雞夠大隻,雲吞都有好多隻,最重要佢個湯夠濃同夠鮮雞湯味🐥紅糖糍粑(4件)($32)最後黎個紅糖糍粑作結,煙煙韌韌幾好咬口🤓呢間生煎皇最重要既生煎包整得出色,其他食物都唔錯,雲吞雞有驚喜,諗住呢味菜式大製作可能呢度會整得普通,原來都好食👍🏻

先不說食物質數,當然係比以前下跌不過本身都只不過打算食個快lunch無乜要求。點知撞正老細巡鋪定老細係度調教員工?成餐飯就聽到個老細由鋪頭最入位置大聲隔住成間鋪同企門口的經理討論鋪頭事宜。跟住好似驚死人五知拒係老細甘行出行入,周圍同各個員工交帶,門口要癡張“小心自動門”都大大聲全部人都聽到。做乜姐?客人係度食飯唔洗做show比各位睇你有幾注重店鋪細節,做得好客人係會自己感受到,而且鋪頭事宜唔係應該員工開會講?呢家大大聲同對面海講野,我只想講好騷擾好做作,唔知以為超級大老闆皇上駕到

今日嚟到⛵️堅信號食滋補、暖意、滋味系列,一煲盡享暖意🔥呢個蟲草花花膠雞🍲熱辣辣煲出黎啲湯底有雞油嘅香味 💛甜甜地雞肉嫩滑 雞翼好淋😙😙同埋有滑捋捋嘅花膠配埋湯食湯飯🍚🐠避風塘黃魚蔥油拌麵🍜係分開上嘅蔥油拌麵已經撈好 有好香嘅味道道避風塘黃魚炸得好香 基本上都係冇骨有好多蒜頭🧅跟套餐叫咗個雞絲粉皮🐣啲雞皮好煙韌 仲有充滿麻醬嘅雞絲 同開胃😄😄另外再叫咗啲小食,京汁茄子🍆有好多醬料,軟鯰入味,開胃解膩,兩個人食晒成碟😎😎仲有滷水溏心蛋、炸銀絲卷配煉奶🍞相思紅豆奶茶🥤已經調配好,有好腍既紅豆

今次去咗堅信號生煎皇呢間餐廳,光聽個名就知主打生煎包啦。餐廳個名夠響亮,好似成個信心保證咁。先講下食物啦,嗰個生煎包,兩個賣23蚊,價錢喺同類型餐廳入面都算合理。咬落去,外皮煎得金黃酥脆,內裡嘅肉餡鮮嫩多汁,仲滲出一陣濃郁嘅肉香,搭配表面嘅芝麻同蔥花,味道層次好豐富。同日本嘅煎餃相比,日本煎餃皮相對薄啲,味道偏清淡;而呢度嘅生煎包皮厚啲,肉餡更多,味道更濃郁。酸辣湯嘅口感都唔錯,酸味同辣味平衡得幾好,入面有木耳、豆腐等食材,口感豐富。但同正宗川菜館嘅酸辣湯比,辣度同酸度可能未夠嗆辣刺激。至於個秘製豬扒菜飯,未喺圖中見到,但從價錢66蚊嚟睇,應該都有一定水準。不過呢間餐廳都有小缺點,好似餐牌上嘅選擇唔算多,對於口味挑剔或者想有更多選擇嘅食客嚟講,可能會有啲失望。其實每次食生煎包,都會令我諗起去上海旅行嘅日子。喺上海嘅街頭巷尾,隨處都可以見到賣生煎包嘅小店。嗰種熱氣騰騰、香氣四溢嘅感覺,就好似生活中最簡單嘅幸福。而呢間餐廳嘅生煎包,雖然唔一定同上海本地嘅一模一樣,但都能夠勾起我對嗰段旅程嘅美好回憶,都算係難得嘅舌尖上嘅慰藉啦。

`We went for the top of the line pan fried soup dumplings. These were great and would go to eat again. Crispy bottom and delicious soup.The xiao long bao was good, not world beeting but acceptable.The spicy pork cutlet was not spicy but was a rather nasty sweet taste.Dam Dam Noodles, had the smell of peanuts but the taste of sugar. These guys use sugar to boost their flavour and it is not good when your principal flavouring is sugar.When I got home my blood sugar was through the roof. Diabetics should avoid this place.
