Ging Sun Ho King of Bun, it said. There are many branches but I haven't tried one. Why? People keep saying it's a sad excuse for pan fried buns. As it was a weekend and there were long queues everywhere, boyfriend and I decided to give it a try as we didn't have to wait.Menu is in English and Chinese. You order by scanning a QR code. There is no 10% service charge and you pay on your way out. Everything is a la carte and do not offer sets.As the name suggests, we ordered the Signature Pan Fried Pork Soup Bun ($22 for two). You can choose a portion of 2 or 4 which is quite nice especially if you are eating alone. It honestly wasn't as bad as many people say. There was plenty of soup and the meat was seasoned. It did feel like the ones you get from a frozen package but it wasn't as bad as people say.Boyfriend ordered the Signature Pork Chop Dan Dan Noodles ($68) because he was wondering what the difference between this and deep fried version. The noodles were a bit soggy and the soup was fairly spicy. Some mince was found on top.The pork chop was very sweet and seemed more like char siu. I liked it a lot. The meat wasn't dry and very juicy.I had the Pork and Chives Dumplings Noodles in Soup ($54). The soup was basically MSG but was expected. Noodles were very soggy and over cooked.The dumplings were ok like the ones. Plenty of filling and well seasoned.The food wasn't as bad as people said. It was not great but for a fast food chain establishment, it was not terrible. I've had worse. An option if we were stuck in the mall with not much choices.

之前都有買過堅信號既生煎包,對其juicy 爆汁既味道念念不忘。正好今日經過餐廳,試吓堂食先。<堅信號生煎包> $38/4pcs生煎包外皮香脆,肉汁豐富,食既時候要小心熱湯汁噴出黎會燙嘴。豬肉餡料帶有胡椒味好香,肉餡鮮嫩不油膩,熱辣辣食真喺特別好味。<蟲草花杞子灌湯小籠包> $38/4pcs見到喺新品都點了一份,灌湯小籠包即蒸,皮薄餡靚,餡鮮多汁,包含如蟲草花、杞子、木耳和雞脾肉等多種滋補食材提升口感,並於小籠包上放咗杞子點綴。小籠包配埋薑絲食亦都相當滋味。<上海排骨擔擔麵> $64擔擔麵湯底帶花生同芝麻醬香,擔擔麵相當掛汁,濃郁好味。整體唔辣,即炸排骨外皮香脆,排骨肉質多汁,好豐盛。<秘製豬扒上海粗炒> $74秘製豬扒厚身入味,食落唔會太鹹。配料除咗有豬扒,仲有一大堆椰菜,長麵條偏粗身,有口感。<糖醋黃魚菜飯> $72除菜飯之外,都可以揀白飯/湯麵,黃魚本身炸得酥脆香口,酸甜糖醋醬汁配搭炸魚好適合~醬汁一定要配飯,送飯一流。<京汁茄子> $30茄子切成圓筒狀,濃濃的薑汁,配以炒香的蔥粒﹑芫茜粒,茄子香甜得黎又惹味。<熱豆漿> $13豆漿唔會太甜值得一讚,而且豆味幾重。<單戀豆乳仙草凍> $22豆漿+仙草,簡單配搭但清涼易入口。
