有人話想去太安樓掃下街,我就話想去soho east,咁一人一餐,fine🙌🏻Soho East最後揀左呢間響正西灣河碼頭嘅居酒屋——埠。呢餐係真正貼住海岸線嘅餐廳,仲有露台位,可以見到渡輪靠岸上落客。比起同朋友談心,我更鍾意響度望住個海靜靜地食野。餐牌入面嘅價錢全部都唔算好貴, 每一樣嘢都想試下,串燒上枱嘅時候有熱石爐保溫, 唔會熱到食物乾曬但係又唔會凍左,食物質素得到保持。串燒首推係白鱔,味鮮肉夠實淨,再來係墨魚腸,食出墨魚肉好鮮味兼冇味精嘅味。另外再推就係牛舌,佢有一定厚度,咬落去好多汁好鮮味,牛肉味非常之濃烈。另外一個推薦嘅小食係芝士年糕, 呢個應該係我喺香港食過最有水準嘅芝士年糕,表面係香脆,個心充滿芝士而且好柔軟。另外一個值得推薦嘅配酒前菜就係酒盜芝士, 酒盜其實係用唔同魚嘅肝臟,醃漬完之後出嚟嘅一個醬,配埋佢嘅芝士味道有啲鹹,但係飲一啖啤酒就剛剛好。本身酒盜嘅意思就係食咗呢樣嘢會令你飲多咗好多酒,所以呢個小食絕對無改錯名。👍🏻 繼續閱讀

係西灣河海旁原來都有隱世串燒美食,其實一聽個名就應該知道呢間餐廳大概為處於海邊,入到去唔洗點等位,如果想坐正係海隔離就要一早book 定啦。呢間無論是環境和食物嘅級數都係附近認為食過數一數二咁好。蟹子沙律,就係有啊青瓜絲蟹柳絲同埋蟹子造成,當中覺得最欣賞嘅地方係青瓜每一條嘅粗幼程度都係一樣,所以成個口口感會非常之一致,而青瓜其實都非常之爽甜,食落去會打開咗你個味蕾,雖然份量唔算好多不過作為頭盤呢個係非常之唔錯。大蔥雞腿肉,大蔥本身嘅味道其實係非常之濃烈不過夾埋雞俾肉咁樣食就非常之夾,會令到沖嘅味道完全融入左雞脾肉入面,大葱面頭得非常之香,一上枱已經聞到非常之大浸嘅味道,而雞脾肉就非常之多汁,面頭美味燒到香脆,入面鎖死晒啲肉汁。雞翼即刻燒完即刻上枱熱辣辣呢個係基本嘅,然後唔會有過多嘅調味剩係得少少鹽已經非常之足夠,會食到雞肉嘅油脂同埋肉汁, 每一隻雞翼都幾大隻燒嘅時間亦都啱啱好 入面嘅肉係處於最嫩滑嘅時候唔會老曬。冬菇就略嫌面頭有少少燒得太黑不過菇味道重嘅,而且都爽口。如果入面可以再多番少少汁同埋調味會更加好。豆腐方面都係一樣少嘅時間好似有啲太長所以免頭黑咗少少。御飯盛,面頭係大量嘅大葱青葱,海苔和一對香料而成食之前要撈埋下面嘅米飯感覺上就好似高級版嘅日本飯加上一大堆的飯素,雖然感覺上好似冇咩肉會好齋,不過食食吓都食到當中點解啲人會叫嘅原因,例如食返米飯本身嘅香味,而家再入不同嘅香料就會令到米飯嘅層次更加多雖然唔係太知道真正嘅食法係點,不過總括而言呢個飯都幾新奇嘅冷稻庭烏冬,佢同一般急凍烏冬或者手打烏冬唔同,食落去嘅質感係非常彈牙同埋好需要咬口,一啖烏冬沾上旁邊嘅專用豉油,雖然份量唔係好多不過感覺上呢個烏冬都幾高質。最後職員嘅服務態度非常之好會得閒就過嚟收碟等等,而且上菜都會有返應有嘅次序唔會一次過上晒令到食物食嗰陣會凍咗 繼續閱讀

之前行過西灣河碼頭見到有間日式串燒鋪幾靚,今晚終於得閒黎試吓!入面座位唔多,夠空間大家可以舒服坐低傾偈,原本想坐窗邊可以睇住船埋岸,但係book唔到。而且嚟之前最好訂位,唔係好易摸門釘,因為見好多人Walk-in都話冇位。其實仲叫咗好多其他嘢,但係食咗無影,燒豬大腸同烏冬超好食。可惜今次想食廣島蠔同埋關東煮冇貨,下次去食埋!總括非常開心嘅一晚,好環境傾偈,加上好嘢食! 繼續閱讀

We were lucky to snatch a seat during our staycation in the HK Eastside right before mid-autumn festival. Not wanting to dine at the hotel, we opted for something nice on the eastside, and booked Hatoba, a japanese yakitori restaurant tucked away in Sai Wan Ho Pier, across the street from all of the western restaurants you normally see at Soho East. I loved how exclusive it looked, right in the pier, quiet, beautiful. A good mood brings good reviews. We ordered a bunch of single skewers, we are the type to have one of everything and then repeat whatever was good, and some umeshu, enough to bring us slightly tipsy (at least me) at the end of the meal. I enjoyed the crispy pork belly and the cheesey rice cake the very best. Be sure to order the minced chicken skewer which came with a raw egg with rich soy which you could use to dip the rest of your skewers for the evening. The service was super and the staff so friendly. We saw the restaurant turn away at least 5 couples who were looking for an ad hoc affair and felt lucky. Midway through our meal, the seas roared, the clouds burst with pouring rain. It was spectacular to see the thunderous waves in front of us as we finished our meal in peace. Then we were drenched running only 3 seconds from the restaurant door into our nice rice on the way back to the hotel. Great memories and would definitely return. 繼續閱讀

跑步經過呢間鋪 (因為又無窗,  又關哂門, 所以都唔知佢係食乜既).  成日都諗係咩嚟架呢?  咁細間, 又無乜見人出嚟. 點知係OPENRICE 揾下, 都幾多好評架喎. 只係之前佢星期日又唔開, 我星期六又通常唔得閒. 所以一直都未試過. 今日終於有機會試下. 一開門, 就比佢個海境吸引住. 原來入面已經坐咗幾枱人. 由於我地無訂枱 (以為無人架嘛 ). 只係得返BAR枱可以坐. LUNCH價錢唔算平. 見佢出名食串燒. 當然就叫個串定食試下啦. 而老公就揀咗鰻魚釜飯三食由於坐BAR枱. 可以對住師傅睇住佢燒. 見佢件件都好細心去燒. 期待徝即時上升, 而肚就更加餓...先嚟我既串燒定食. 師傅係你面前即燒. 架下面重有熱石幫你暖住D串燒. 好貼心. 介紹返我覺得最好食既三樣, 美國牛肉串,  肉質好好, 好淋, 無渣.  一下就比我食哂日本絹豆腐, 呢個又係驚喜, 豆腐燒到個面脆卜卜. 但入面重係滑嘟嘟. 再加上佢豆腐面搽咗汁去燒. 真係好好食. 點解得一串咁少架. 墨魚香腸, 又係出色之作. 睇到一粒粒墨魚好實在同佢個燒汁亦好夾. 只可惜一串得3小粒. 兩啖既無.  其餘既串燒都OK既. 只係都係見慣既款式就唔特別介紹啦. 到我老公既鰻魚釜飯.  我老公話好食既. 我睇D魚個樣都唔錯(因為我麻麻地鰻魚). 所以就唔多評價啦. 重有跟既茶碗蒸同甜品結論係,  食物真係唔錯. 尤其是串燒, 真係會食到心心眼. 但由於鋪面細, 所以想嚟既最好都係打嚟訂定位安全D. 可以既話記得訂對海嗰2-3張枱. 應該會係假日一個唔錯既放鬆好地方.  繼續閱讀
