又係九龍城游走🚶 終於食到另一間老店「坤記牛腩」門面就黃色底,黑字招牌,簡單醒神😏 入面係白色為主乾淨感覺既白色主調,少有地無潮州麵既{拿喳}感覺😳再加之個麵吧係女收係內部廚房👁‍🗨 你睇佢唔到😜成間舖唔細,位又擺得闊,大概係九龍城老舖🏘️唔駛愁租既關係💵 成間舖應該坐到20人以上Menu 📙 顯示出坤記既專注,全部都係🐂牛筋,牛腩,肥牛搭不同粉麵🍜 記住唔食牛,拜託唔好去😛口痕又發作,都係叫咗碟魚皮🐠 (咖哩啡)不過佢就係來貨架喇,少少淋身😑主角上湯牛筋腩伊麵🤩都要稍等先上枱,應該係伊麵關係,少有地粉麵係砌靚埋先上枱比你🖼 (唔駛我自己執😘)幾塊大牛腩厚切放面,無欺場比碎腩🤗牛筋呢啲唔多討喜既就收埋下底🙃湯底少許油浮面,清湯唔太咸,有少少腩汁滲落下方,疊加埋吸湯既伊麵,係掂既👍男二,牛筋個軟硬度剛好👌唔會淋到豆腐咁,又唔會硬到咬唔開,而且都夠入味男一,牛腩,我就嫌佢淋咗啲,不過juicy有牛香,似和牛烚完咁,咬落去都有啲汁流出黎😘埋單魚皮,筋腩伊加個無糖可樂,盛惠83,簡單一餐,又去踢波⚽ 繼續閱讀

今天時間比較急來了吃快餐,阿姐推介爽腩矜貴過坑腩。嘩!賣相正味道更正!從湯到腩筋肉均秤,香、爽、滑、有咬口。同時亦點了個普通牛腩作比較,點的是咖喱牛腩飯,可惜他們的咖哩不是我喜歡的味道。不過很的確值得吃的爽腩! 繼續閱讀

去到九龍城要搵好野食一啲都唔難,好少會中伏,平時食開泰國野多,今次黎呢度試一試,轉一轉口味!呢度裝修冇咩特別,通常正野都係冇咁著重靚裝修,乾乾淨淨,坐得舒服都夠。呢度出名新鮮牛腩同牛肚,即刻嗌兩個例牌試一試,牛腩真係好正,入口即溶,一啲都唔un,好味道;牛肚都好好食,值得試一試呀!咁大食點會淨係食例牌就夠飽呢!叫埋雲吞撈麵,雲吞好彈牙!啲蝦都幾新鮮!幾好味!呢度性價比高,高質新鮮牛腩,平民嘅價錢,絕對要黎食多幾次! 繼續閱讀

身為九龍城之友,又點會錯過呢間專門只賣牛腩麵嘅坤記💙 呢到清一式只有牛腩賣,食法方面就有 上湯 / 撈麵 / 咖哩上湯 /咖喱撈。個人既必食推介:⭐️上湯牛腩粗麵 $50牛腩唔使講,肉味濃,咬落去夠淋,又不會一夾就散開,佢地選用既牛腩部位脂肪同肉嘅比例都好好 ♥️湯底方面 🍜 一飲就知道同一般湯底加腩汁有好大分別,飲得出佢既湯底真係用牛骨同其他藥材配料新鮮淆出黎,好重牛味!絕對唔係味精嘅味道,而且有清甜感!雖然 $50 一碗真心有d貴,但偶爾嚟呢度食一次都會好滿足 ♥️♥️♥️失望之選 🤧 上湯牛腩撈粗麵 $75佢地既上湯牛腩咁出色,完全冇諗過個撈麵可以令戈失望😞 仲要貴成 $25 !牛腩同個湯得一個字:咸!原來佢地既撈麵湯同牛腩都加多咗一種醬油落去煮,個人認為有d多餘 🤷🏻‍♀️ 佢令到食物本身既鮮甜同牛肉味完全冇晒,只有咸味 。呢個撈粗真係冇下次。⭐️⭐️⭐️另一推介:呢度嘅炸魚皮好正,又脆又薄,點落去個湯度嘅時候仲會聽到,拆拆聲,嚟到不妨一試! 繼續閱讀

They changed receipe. The beef parts are so bad it's just frozen beef. The soup is weak and the broad noodles are low quality and thick.Let me tell you what the beef brisket noodles here was used to be. Soup: hands down the most unique soup I've ever tasted. With their own recipe of herbs, the aroma and flavor is outstanding. (I've seen other reviews saying it's salty, that person might like the sewage they call soup now.)Noodles: my go to is the flat broad noodles. They used to run out all the time because it's a speciality order noodles. They are the thinnest I've ever had. This is very important as you put your noodles on the spoon, there's space for the soup; so when you eat it you have feel the texture of the noodles and enjoy the flavours of the soup.Beef: they don't do speciality beef parts, yes that's a bit disappointing. But I would argue the quality of the regular parts more than make up for the lack of the speciality parts because how fresh the beef served used to be. The parts are generally "half fat skinny" very balanced parts with strong beef aromas, soft to the bite.Honestly the beef brisket now is just chopped up frozen crap from the super market. The soup is pale. The noodles are mediocre. And the brown bits they put on top, it's like the 💩 you put on top of a trash pile. 繼續閱讀
