今日需要搵一間可以休休閒閒嘅咖啡店，上網搵咗好多間，有啲去到門口見到入邊好似好嘈都唔想入去。去到一個比較新嘅商場，經過呢間咖啡店，感覺好似好舒服，於是就決定入去呢間咖啡店度過了個半鐘嘅休閒me time😊個人偏好飲Flat White，無特別睇吓menu就order左。Order完搵個位坐，過一陣就有人送杯咖啡嚟。杯咖啡一嚟到，係有少少surprise，因為相比起其他coffee shop，佢份量係比較多😍飲落較Fruity，有after taste，雖然我平時鍾意飲Nutty，但呢杯都幾唔錯👍🏻環境舒服，員工有禮貌，在無人打擾下嘆咖啡，係幾唔錯☺️佢仲派左張卡儲印仔，儲滿9個印花，可免費獲贈一杯飲品🥰

今次特別少少去試下用黎自多米尼加既單品咖啡豆整既咖啡, 有兩款分別fruity同nutty既咖啡豆經過中度或深度烘焙各有分味, 除左咖啡仲有輕食同甜品選擇🤗 用左淺木色做主調, 有種明亮舒服既感覺, 牆上仲掛左用木板整成既多米尼加地圖同咖啡資料🙃和歌山杏桃蛋糕🍰($45)微甜頂層同中層既杏桃夾心再帶有微微沙冰口感既夾層, 口感豐富味道又唔會過甜, 食完冇負擔感😉APPLECANO🍎($60)迷迭香蘋果汁加Espresso, 用左多米尼加fruity蜜處理, 中度烘焙既既咖啡豆, 帶有楊桃同百香果既味道, 同蘋果汁相當夾, 再另外帶有蘋乾, 係一杯幾特別既Expresso😌呢度既位置幾好坐, 人流唔算特別多, 係個可以好好享受Me time既地方🤓

Another week, another café! This time we’re at Latam Coffee located at Heath TST. This Dominican Republic concept café is the perfect spot to spend a relaxing afternoon! ☕️ ✨ Here’s what we ordered in order: Pic 1️⃣: Korean Spicy Sauce Pork Belly Burger / 韓式辣醬豬腩片漢堡 - $68 hkd 🍔 — Looks good and tastes divine! This burger was very flavourful and definitely had a nice kick to it that wasn’t overpowering. The sweetness in the spicy sauce was able to cancel out some of that spice. The pork belly slices were really well marinated and soaked up all the flavours in the sauce too. I loved that they weren’t overly fatty and still had an even distribution of fat and meat. The cheese slice added a nice creamy touch too.Pic 2️⃣: French Toast / 法式多士 - $68 hkd 🍞 — Loved this! The french toast was perfectly pan-fried to give it that crispy exterior whilst the bread was still light and fluffy on the inside. The cinnamon taste was very aromatic and went nicely with the syrup on the side. The whipped cream on the side could’ve done with a bit of sweetness or flavour though, as it didn’t add much to the dish.Pic 3️⃣: Sea Salt Caramel Latte Roll / 海鹽焦糖牛奶咖啡卷 - $65 hkd ☕️🍰 — Flavours were really well balanced and on point. The coffee flavour was fragrant and not overly pungent or strong which I liked. The caramel had a nice consistency and slightly burnt aroma to it, that was nicely elevated with a touch of sea salt. The roll cake wasn’t too sweet either and the texture was light and airy. Loved the crunch that they honeycomb chunks gave too!Pic 4️⃣: Dominican Republic Chocolate / 多米尼加朱古力 - $50 hkd 🍫 — The drink was slightly disappointing given the price as it barely tasted of chocolate and was quite sweet.
