嚟到觀塘一間工廈內嘅台式餐廳食飯,先發現原來呢間餐廳唔係香港人開,係台灣人在香港開的分店,所以對佢嘅期望亦都高咗。一坐低嘅時候,我哋叫咗兩款小食,一款係青瓜、另外一款就係麻醬青菜。青瓜本身酸酸地,所以作為前菜來講,都算幾開胃。至於個麻將青菜,佢就唔係凍盤嚟嘅,同我哋一般食開嘅四川風味唔同,四川風味嗰種,係凍嘅菜,再配上勁多勁多嘅麻醬,會漿住個口,但呢間餐廳,佢係用熱辣辣熟咗嘅青菜,再配上少許麻醬一齊食,感覺是不一樣。再之後我哋叫咗個和牛薯餅沙茶醬乾拌麵,薯餅本身熱辣辣,炸得非常香脆,新鮮,不在話下。但我特別想講嘅係佢嘅麵條,佢嘅面真係好好食,從質感而言,非常之爽,非常之彈牙,非常之有質感。配合埋沙茶醬一齊食,成個嘅味道就更加之香。之後我哋叫咗兩杯嘢飲,其中一杯我特別想提嘅係佢嘅阿華田豆漿。起初,我還以為阿華田豆漿是用阿華田粉配上豆漿,但當佢送上嚟嘅時候,我發現完全同我想像中有出入,店員一再指示我要先把豆漿喝一點點,然後再把整個阿華田雪條放進去,結果一路飲嘅時候,阿華田雪條一路溶化,而且非常非常之重阿華田味,所以令到整杯豆漿的味道也提升了許多。當然花茶也是一個好選擇。 繼續閱讀

好耐之前曾經係觀塘食過呢間台灣菜,估唔到隔左一段時間仲開左以cafe模式經營既樓上店.今日經過觀塘就約左個朋友試試睇下佢水準有無keep到先.炸物拼盤有5款炸物都係台灣既特色小食,炸蕃薯條好香甜加上左少少梅粉帶點酸香減低左油膩感.鹽酥雞皮炸得夠薄又唔會皮肉分離,入口好惹味,貢圓好大粒咬落又夠彈牙,內裏好多菇粒好香.香濃麻醬時菜麻醬味好濃稠唔係水汪汪咁,入口芝麻味好香,配上無咩果既生菜色令生菜味道更吸引.豐盛台灣牛肉湯麵先講牛肉湯底夠晒牛味之餘帶點香辣味飲完牛肉湯底都唔會話好口渴.牛展牛味濃而且十分厚切,雖然厚切但燉得夠香又夠腍.麵吸晒牛肉湯既香味,入口爽彈.鮮梅豬排滷肉飯用草盤碟上好有食便當既感覺,豬排炸得鬆脆又香,咬落脆卜卜又唔油膩,係豬扒旁邊有份新鮮梅同梅汁可以沾上豬排食,味道酸酸甜甜減輕豬排既肥膩感.滷肉飯粒粒三層滷肉粒入口油香味濃,配飯一流.阿華田豆漿用阿華田冰代替冰塊,倒入豆漿內慢慢溶化令到阿華田同豆漿味唔會變淡.豆漿內充滿肧芽,麥味夠晒香. 繼續閱讀

《哈豆2.0》迷戀哈豆猶如瘋狂追星疫情令我與台灣分隔開朝思夜想心掛都是寶島氣氛環境都在哈豆尋回今次與老表阿星來到哈豆,再次坐在上回座位,景物依舊,味道依然,既熟悉又陌生的情懷一時間混在一起……與老表一起從三歲說起,再說說那些年的追逐飛馳故事,片段彷彿就在昨天發生,之後又大談人生命理仕途,是誰來玩弄人類呢?問了數千年了,仍在問是性格影響命運,抑或是命運操縱遭遇呢?百年謎思,唯有是看破世情的超越紅麈的高人,才有正確答案,究竟你在哪?1.豐盛台灣牛肉湯麵: 來到這兒,不得不叫牛肉湯麵,人生不能錯過的一百款,就是牛肉湯麵,牛湯過盛,百年奇遇,肉味撲鼻,牛肉厚切,咀嚼有口感,浸在濃湯裡,也沖不走牛的本性、本香及本質!人在港,如在台北的牛肉麵店,當年今日,我身已在宜蘭,夾著滿佈葱花的帝皇牛肉麵!2. 牛肉拼鷄翅滷肉飯: 厚身牛自豪地星級亮相,他們兩兄弟誓言要爭氣出人頭地,不允許乘勢上位的鷄翅聯同滷肉結盟直搗黃龍,佔領白飯山。中立的生菜仔早沾上滷肉,入味無比,但他是最早被放進老表口中,犧牲就在千鈞一髮之際發生了!見到老表的洋洋得意樣子,我知這碗飯很合他口味,他先將牛分解,好諗又嫩滑,鷄翼也充滿汁醬,口腔再次被鹵水汁圍攻,再分不清口水及鹵水汁了,吃多兩碗飯,再並不是天方夜潭了,一萬個可能,可能已變成真了!哈豆,實現了香港人的台灣夢哈豆,展現了台灣味在香港哈豆,發現了香港人的奇蹟心 繼續閱讀

I hadn't visited Kwun Tong in so so long and this time I had a lunch date and my lunch partner brought me to Taiwan in Kwun Tong! It was actually not hard to find although it was located in a factory building because it was so close to APM.There were quite some choices of soup noodles and "Tradition Sauce Noodles". There were also quite a number of traditional rice bowls for those who loved rice. As we both craved noodles more, we decided to order one soup noodle and one "Tradition Sauce Noodle". We also ordered a snack to share.Dessert was a must so we also ordered a dessert plate to share to end our big feast. For those who come here for the first time, you should place your orders via a small paper card placed on your table.豐盛台灣牛肉湯麵 at $76According to the menu, "用上等牛腱、大骨、藥材、台灣豆瓣醬等,用心熬製八小時,真材實料好味道". Toppings included 牛肉,花枝丸,貢丸. The broth was very clear and slightly spicy with rich Chinese herbs flavour which should be 當歸 and carrots. There were 4 small pieces of carrots and two large pieces of radish. There were three thick slices of 牛腱 which were quite tender and well seasoned! Yummy! There were two squid balls which were elastic and contained real squid flesh. There was one pork ball which was a good pass too! There was also half a marinated egg. The noodles were thick white noodles. It was so considerate of them to carefully place some fresh spring onion on top of the beef which was quite a good flavour enhancer.鹹酥雞芝麻乾拌麵 at $62There was an option to change the original wagyu potato cake to fried chicken or sausages and change the original shacha sauce to sesame or spicy or tomato sauce. The fried chicken pieces were not exceptionally hot but so fresh with super crispy batter. Even the chicken meat inside was quite tender and juicy. They were all well seasoned and not particularly greasy. I really liked the noodles which were quite chewy and well flavoured after mixing with the yummy sesame sauce. Some accompanying bean sprouts enhanced the texture of the noodles. There was some fresh 油墨菜 on the side and some minced pork on top. There was also half a marinated egg. I would highly recommend this.台式滷水拼盤 (Stewed beef, chicken wing, trotter, tofu, egg) at $49The Taiwanese marinated platter was perfectly seasoned and not overly at all. There was one slice of beef which was again very tasty and tender, one chicken wing, 4 pieces of pork feet which were so elastic and rich in collagen yet tender, 1 egg cut into 4 pieces, and 3 pieces of tofu. I really liked how they were not overly salty yet well seasoned. They also paid attention to details like sprinkling some white sesame and some Taiwanese marinated sauce on top while finishing. Good! 鮮果雪糕四味吐司 at $62There were four toasts of  chocolate, strawberry, peanut and garlic butter flavours with chocolate and vanilla ice cream as well as fresh fruits. The presentation was very nice with charcoal toasts of four flavours and two big ice cream scoops bottomed by fresh fruits and cream yet topped by some chopped nuts and chocolate sauce. The toasts were all crispy with appropriate amount of sauces so that they were all well flavoured. There were some almond slices on the chocolate toast. The garlic butter toast (on the right most) was very special - slightly salty with other sweeties! I liked eating crispy toasts with the cold melting ice cream! The ice-cream scoops were both big and tasty. It was appreciated that the fruits were fresh oranges, apples, grapes and dragon fruits.Prices were very reasonable and there was no service charge. The nice food plus economical prices probably explained why it was so crowded during my visit. It was late afternoon on Saturday.If you managed to occupy the seats closer to the walls you could even be eating against famous sightseeing spots in Taiwan and it would be a great background for photos. In short, a nice and cheap place for Taiwanese cuisine. 繼續閱讀
