Trainee 妹妹 一直要求想食石頭鍋飯, 見今日canteen一般就帶左佢去食 "味家"我都唔係第一次黎, 十隻手指都數唔曨, 但每一次坐底都有好親切既韓籍姐姐招呼今次我地叫左個石頭鍋飯 同 排骨湯飯未上主菜先上配菜, 一次有八款, 款款都好好味中間既生菜係妹妹既至愛, 因此淋左d 好似燒汁咁既 sauce 辣辣地 好滋味除左一般既芽菜, 泡菜 同 菜, 仲有甜蕃薯, 海草... 有時仲有沙律, 肉絲 等等有時食完 配菜都飽左三成 好野~ 石頭鍋飯到啦, 我地share食, 成個飯熱辣辣, 料又多 加my個辣醬 半個真係唔多夠....排骨湯飯, 個湯有好香濃既肉味, 排骨已經滾到淋曬, 但又唔會無左咬口...食完飯跟個生果比你, 有時會有橙, 有時會有肉桂甜湯, 今次係西瓜原因係比你消熱氣... 好細心呀~ 繼續閱讀

閏五月中旬•雨轉晴 市面上大大小小的韓菜館也可以說全吃過,還有這裡卻未試,不知何解,總覺得這裡是吃自助任食韓烤的地方。直至看到Oli的食評,才知不是,是日就一行四人來吃。 七時半來到,人客不多。訂了卡座,馬蹄形的疏化椅,都算坐得舒適。餐牌的選擇不少,但真正韓式的也不多。是夜不想吃韓烤,想吃窩,就要了個海鮮豆腐窩。另外炆牛肋骨、炒粉絲、海鮮煎餅及泡菜炒飯,看看水準如何。 先來幾碟前菜,泡菜酸味太重,反而漬蘿蔔爽脆鮮味,不錯;炆牛肋骨是燒得滾燙,味道卻不算十分好;炒粉絲很美味,炒得乾身不油膩;海鮮煎餅是圓型的,不是我喜歡的類型,我幾時都迷信方型的韓式煎餅會較好吃﹝哈!哈!﹞;海鮮窩大大個,用味噌湯底用來淘飯是甚好吃。這裡的韓式米飯,粒粒晶瑩,軟熟飽滿,非常不錯;泡菜炒飯炒得很乾身,可惜這裡的泡菜帶酸,影響了味道; 這裡沒有生啤,是晚Hite Beer全程由頭帶到尾,夠貼題。 侍者招味不錯,雖然是來去怱怱,但總是有求必應,不錯。 扣除了在樓下撈的一百元現金卷,每人只要175,不貴,一試無妨。想看足本食評及所有食物相片,請參考下列網誌:http://gourmetkc.blogspot.com/2009/09/blog-post_29.html 繼續閱讀

補祝朋友的生日飯 ! 本想到 7 樓吃吉烈, 可惜時間太早了......... 6 點未到 .. 人家似乎仲未開門 !企係車立入面唔知上定落好, 結果上左 9 樓~見到入面有一枱人食緊先入去 ..... 第一位 serve 我地的是韓國(美)女啊 ~ ^^ ~點了:BBQ:的綜合燒肉( 260 ) - 牛, 豬, 雞, 羊 都齊了! 份量比想像中多! 吃不完 !!小菜:燒鯖魚 (90)石頭飯 (100)先來前菜7碟 - 份量也不少..... 那碟紅紅的蘿蔔好好吃 !! ( 這是我第一次吃蘿蔔!!!!!!!)接著是那碟肉 - 好大盤...... 韓國美女先替我們把肥豬肉放到爐上燒, 再把那卷牛肉剪開~牛肉好好味 - 醃得好入味 !!! 其餘的都好吃 ~ 友人不好羊肉, 嫌騷~ 愛好騷味的我二話不說就ko左d 羊肉 , 騷味算不上濃烈, 唔講唔覺添 -.- 比較搞笑係盤肉有幾粒年糕, 我地仲有得玩下燒年糕......哈仲有就係拎佢墊肉既菜黎燒... 然後包番d 肉, 好似豬肉菜包咁, 另有一番風味哈哈 !石頭飯ok - 侍應幫我地加埋辣醬lo好再筆埋~ 唔洗自己搞~燒鯖魚 - 友人話有d 腥 , 然而我天生吃不出腥味+超喜歡吃魚, 所以又比我整條ko ~ 不過說實話燒得不算太好吃.... 下次不會再叫吃得超飽, 之後再有生果 + 糖水 !!糖水有驚喜 - 玉桂薑茶 - 有助潤喉, 食完燒烤野就至岩 ! 正 !!7 點食完, 果時開始多人嚕~都有d 韓國人黎食, 韓國美女就會過去邊 serve 邊吹水, 幾 nice但有d unknown 國籍的侍應就有待改進, 包括久久唔識加茶..香港人侍應就一貫既話頭醒尾啦~HKD500兩人, 會再幫襯 繼續閱讀

lunch by myself - among one of the last korean restaurants on HK island that i have not tried - 2 to go!impressive! not only was i served the usual banchans a mini lettuce salad with a bit gochu garu (korean red pepper) came with the banchan. however i must note -1. white cabbage kimchi (the basic one) was NOT crisp - it was limp; i don't think they used coarse salt to marinate it (which they should have done) it also lacked the sweetness that promising kimchi delivers anyway. enjoyed the soup which was served with the lunch set, the usual daikon beef soup. broth was more clear than the same soup served in some other korean restaurants, which is better than expected.ordered 2 lunch sets for myself:1. stir fried spicy octopus ($49): not as greasy as they make it in other restaurants - awesome! it still has a nice touch of sesame oil to it. the portion was a bit small but hey, it is cheap. it was served with shredded raw cabbage and julienned cucumbers. 2. mixed bulgolgi meat platter ($65): i guess they don't have self-served grilling during lunchtimes. this came cooked. an assortment of meats - short ribs, pork slices, chicken fillet pieces, beef slices - were in the platter. good bulgolgi marinade, not too much garlic, right amount of sweetness, not overly salty, not too pungent. good!i actually prefered the stir fried octopus to the platter although meat platter of course is more, um, nourishing. environment is quite good - comfortable seating, OK spacious (but the celiing was quite low), good lighting, good upkeeping - but i had to wait a while to be seated; it was around 1PM on tuesday. service was ok, but staff wasn't too friendly (for instance not replying when i thanked them)will defintely come back but next time i'd have dinner here! 繼續閱讀

難得星期六冇咩做,有人約食lunch梗係即去la~~ 係九龍活動好少出香港,唔識路,唯有靠人帶路搵好野食~朋友話想食依間好耐,不過夜晚貴左d~星期六下晏食最好,又平d,又可以慢慢食,唔駛趕返工。間舖環境都唔錯,d位又夠闊,加上客唔係太多,幾舒服。見到有韓國客同韓國侍應,未食都覺應該幾好味(真係膚淺) 有個男侍應攞左茶同meun俾我地,話三點之前都仲可以落lunch set,都幾好禮貌~lunch set真係幾抵,有十幾款,四十至六十蚊都有~係銅鑼灣依個會都幾平~叫左: 炒韓國年糕 + 米卷set ($49) 清湯牛尾鍋 + 白飯 ($49)落左單一陣,就上送既七碟前菜,唔係好識韓國菜,淨係可以用個料分佢地:沙律 - 起好食,個汁酸酸地好開胃,大大盆,食完都有d飽泡菜 - 唔係太夠味,可能唔夠時間泡蘿蔔 - 唔係好認得個樣,不過幾好味仲有豆角牛肉、芽菜、菜同燉薯仔未食完個前菜,主菜就上喇~全部都係熱辣辣,個少年糕上枱既時候d汁仲滾緊~正!!清湯牛尾鍋 - 個湯本身比較淡,有一細碗鹽一齊上,可以跟自己口味加。食得鹹,加哂幾惹味,肉都幾多、而且煮得夠'淋' ~good~~炒年糕 - 最鍾意d 餸夠熱 不過個汁就唔係幾夠辣~餐牌話有兩個辣椒,但係唔係幾覺…米卷 - 同日式既大卷差唔多,但係都好味其實個頭盆份量都幾多,兩個女仔食完七碟野都飽左一半…見隔一個人,都有六碟,而且差唔多大碟~ 依個唔駛$$既前菜好抵~~ 主菜既份量都唔少,男仔都夠飽~連加一,差唔多百一落樓~係銅鑼灣食飯,加上依個質素算唔錯~~最抵係依餐唔駛俾有人請~~thx~~ 繼續閱讀
