間唔中會同屋企人去合時小廚食飯,食物水準不錯!當晚四個人,order咗以下菜式:杏汁豬肺湯 - 以前我唔飲杏汁湯,但合時真係煲得好好味,味道香濃,飲落好暖胃。蝦多士 - 炸到金黃色,配埋個酸甜醬,好開胃。小炒皇 - 必試嘅招係牌菜,好有鑊氣,重點係炸咗嘅魚仔。千層咕嚕肉 - 外皮酥脆,內裡軟嫩,酸甜度適中,大人細路都啱食。茶皇雞 - 皮香肉嫩,帶有淡淡嘅豉油味,令人回味無窮。花雕雞油蒸馬友 - 又係必試嘅招牌菜,魚肉鮮嫩,配埋濃郁嘅雞油同酒香,非常惹味。大蝦煎腸粉 - 重點係瓦煲煎到超香口嘅腸粉,仲好入味。豬扒飯 - 好食,但永遠食唔晒,要打包。

過年同朋友梗係要食好啲,來到合時小廚私房菜,係信心嘅保證。當然點了招牌菜式-雞油花雕蒸馬友-不會令人失望的美味小炒王 - 吃得出的鑊氣紅燒乳鴿 - 配紅酒,無敵薑蔥大蝦炒腸粉底-可能係最好食嘅腸粉😂又試了新菜式-自家製豆腐 -豆腐加了菜,很清新紅酒牛尾煲 -重口味之選椒鹽鮑魚- 大大隻,好有肉,香口,送酒一流膏蟹蒸肉餅 -呢個係驚喜,係澎湃既蟹膏呀!飲飽食醉,最後權哥驚喜現身,妙語連珠,大家哈哈大笑,過年真開心🥳

Dinner organised by Whisky KOL. Whisky KOL said this kind of dinner gatherings are reserved by Kuen Gor for the closest and dearest patrons. As she is not a first timer, she requested for a menu that is different from the usual one which I appreciated. 芥末海鮮黃金卷 To start. Beautifully deep fried with a tinge of mustard in the filling, lifting up the entire flavour profile. I like this better than the usual prawn toast that is perpetually thick and too heavy for starters.黑松露玻璃蝦球 Another highlight for me. Prawn had a nice bouncy texture and the black truffle sauce had a bit of shrimp paste added to the mix to bring out the umami in the prawn. 大斑兩味 fair execution. Nothing particularly noteworthy.京城醬燒骨 Nicely marinated薑蔥鮑魚腸粉煲 Another highlight for me. Abalone properly tenderised. Balanced flavours and wok hei packed. 鮮人蔘金華玉樹雞生拆蟹粉扒豆胚砂鍋鮑汁雞粒燴飯懷舊西米布甸Overall, the meal started strong but not so much as the meal progressed. Would revisit if a regular invites me.

想食咗合時小廚好耐 終於集齊人一訪佢哋喺天后新開嘅私房菜 提早兩個月已經訂位 到訪前兩日喺電話預訂想食嘅菜式 特別叫定咗杏汁白肺湯 芝士焗豬扒飯 同埋最出名嘅蝦多士第一道上菜嘅係杏汁白肺湯 份量好大 建議如果細食嘅女仔兩個人share一份會比較好 我哋每人叫咗一盅基本上飲咗一半已經飽左50% 杏汁白肺湯嘅口感好濃郁 飲得出用料好足夠 豬肺都洗得好乾淨 每一件都係白雪雪第二道上菜嘅係最出名嘅蝦多士 蝦同多士嘅比例係9:1 滿滿紮實彈牙嘅蝦滑 多士嘅脆只係作點綴之用 份量好大 基本上一件已經夠晒!第三度最推介嘅係豬扒飯 豬扒大大塊 好鬆化 完全唔會難咬 豬扒嘅量仲多過飯 上枱嘅時候一整盆喺你面前分 芝士嘅量好充足 基本上都係食唔晒 我哋打包咗一大半整體嚟講 其他嘅餸菜個人覺得還好 可以睇自己口味選擇 杏汁白肺湯 蝦多士 豬扒飯真係必叫 茶皇雞同千層咕嚕肉就睇自己口味啦 個人覺得一般般啦 同埋要留意嘅係佢哋份量偏大 如果幾個女仔建議叫少啲 唔夠再加單
