九月五日 (星期一)吃過點心,加上炎熱的天氣令人很想飲杯解渴消暑的飲品就在上環街市對面,看到這家開業不久的茶店二話不說,我就橫過馬路到達了買了是日店方的推介-茉莉綠茶,再加珍珠等的途中,有兩名男士不約而同詢問店員:有冇飯賣?!很有趣,很明顯這裡是賣台式飲品的不過空穴來風…無論如何,店子可以考慮一下賣午餐呢和老公仔笑談此事中,茶已弄好珍珠很彈牙,茉莉的清香,令人心礦神怡質素絕不遜於其他知名的台式飲品連鎮店,推介此店!

上環區越開越多台式飲品, 貢茶, 歇腳...這間綠色店...感覺清新...較其他健康點.寒天芋頭奶茶..不像其他的紫色, 是白色的, 內有芋頭肉, 感覺較真的...good這杯真的好像"思樂冰" 是xx莓奶蓋

台式飲品少會揀咖啡,不過因為今日無飲,上環搭車路過,見mocha個樣幾靚,問下咖啡係咪即磨,但我揀Latte飲,少甜都ok,唔算好好,但比起之前係頁茶飲算好好多,奶味感覺上濃,應該都係奶精,不過咖啡的味ok,少少苦味感覺到咖啡既香味$16價錢還可以收銀的店員都好有禮貌可惜我少會去上環Q.Q

大約上年 10 月見到 Openrice 新餐廳資料搵到呢間「台客弄茶」- 來自台灣高雄,為台灣茶藝 街頭弄茶。10月23日經過此店,相信當日剛剛開張,人頭湧湧。加上附近係巴士站,途人經過必定一望;地方細細,店內放置一壺壺茶類,如紅茶、烏龍茶、.......等等。店員 2~ 3人,要視乎時段而定;女收銀微笑以禮待客。 睇張 Menu ,除咗上環分店之外,另有土瓜灣店。飲品由 $8 ~ $18 不等。有 8 大種類:台客冰鎮茶、台客創作茶、台客奶茶 & 黑糖珍珠、台客雪奶蓋、台客手打茶、台客茶咖啡、草本熱飲、健康概念飲。每次大約等 2 ~ 5 分鐘,要視乎多少客。我有時走嚟幫襯吓,試吓多款飲品;可以比較其他台式飲品店。 本人喜歡飲花茶,花茶不含茶多酚,可以提神,又唔會令人失眠!特意先試吓:草本熱飲纖纖玫瑰 $10 主要成份為玫瑰及洋甘菊。一打開蓋即可嗅到香濃花味! 用了一個茶包盛住,衛生之餘,飲起嚟都方便啲! 味中帶清;玫瑰味反而被掩蓋,洋甘菊花茶味道比較菊花茶更濃烈。菊花茶以外嘅其他選擇!感覺可以一解炒飯嘅油膩!舒壓 SPA $12 有菩薩葉、洋甘菊、薰衣草、香蜂葉,同樣用茶包盛住。有洋甘菊嘅清香,亦有薰衣草嘅清幽氣味,兩者配合之下,令呢杯飲品有提神 relax 作用! 味道跟纖纖玫瑰相若;做嘢做到累,飲一飲感覺舒服。確實抵飲!台客手打茶呢個系列只有 4 款口味:黑豆打奶、紅豆打奶、芋仔蕃薯 及 茶米茶抺。黑豆打奶 $12 包括:黑豆、黑糯米、黑芝麻、鮮奶、仙草、手工珍珠,配料及口感十分豐富! 仙草好似涼粉顏色及味道,有點甘苦;珍珠比較其他台式飲品店腍得多,可能煮耐咗或者製造珍珠過程加多了水,缺乏煙韌不討好! 唔係太甜可以接受!芋仔蕃薯 $12 相信加上人造色素,令賣相吸引一點! 粉紫色幾好睇!加入蕃薯及芋頭粒,芋頭夠粉又入味,混合奶更香滑,甜味一般,算不錯! 蜜紅豆奶茶 $10 有次幫襯見到特價,買來一試!好大杯!紅豆大大粒,不過,實在好少!成杯幾甜,奶味濃!略帶茶味。

Have walked past here a few times before they opened shop and been here twice after its opened. The opening special was quite enticing so tried out the black sugar PMT. I always have the tea with half sugar for my PMT so ordered the same. There is some tea flavour but it didn't come out as much as I liked it. The pearls weren't sweet and basically had no flavour. Overall the drink didn't have too much flavour to it. I didn't take too much notice but I think they brew the teas here rather than use powder? Think this looks more authentic and feels more like the Taiwanese PMT, but the balance of flavours aren't quite right yet. I would prefer this over the other Tea/Bread joint a block away.Just recapping my own PMT standards:- Very good tea as a base = so good tea only comes from making proper tea from tea leaves and not powder mix (which 90% of places do)- Good quality milk = peronsally I prefer fresh milk because I want to taste the true flavour of the tea with a hint of milk. but I believe HK taste buds due to long term climitisation of HK style milk tea with condense milk or milk powder prefer the stronger milky flavour. this is a personal thing, but I find majority of PMT places use powder or condense for cost purposes.- Tasty PEARLS = what constitues tasty pearls vs bland and nasty pearls? True Taiwanese Pearls are chewy and QQ in flavour, not hard and undercooked with dry powdery bits in the middle, but also not overcooked where they are too sticky and soggy. In Taiwan, the pearls when cooked, are cooked with honey water so the natural sweetness is infused into the pearls.So how do you put those three components together? Tea should be strong, with true tea flavours that come out of the drink. Milk should be to enhance the flavour of the tea, not used to cover it. And the pearls should be the only naturally sweet part of the drink.Personal preference see that you can select the sweetness of the tea, but I prefer only a little bit of sugar as the true Taiwanese way is for the pearls to be sweet already.
