#烤北京填鴨(半隻)第一時間食左最想食嘅片皮鴨先😜,就算拎到回家依然好正, 將片皮鴨放在薄皮上, 加入青瓜, 哈密瓜, 京蔥甜醬等配料, 鴨肉味道濃郁, 入口充滿鴨皮油脂香外, 肉質彈牙又扎實,皮薄而又脆身, 真係堅惹味~

the Lunar New Year is approaching!!! 🏮Here's a nice Chinese restaurant choice definitely for Lunar New Year - Zither Garden which is located at TST!🧧..🦆Must-order item - Roasted Peking Duck We ordered half size which is suitable for 2-3ppl. It is no doubt that the appearance of this cuisine is really delicate! The meat is often eaten with spring onion, cucumber and sweet bean sauce with pancakes rolled around the fillings. The skin of roasted peking duck is very crispy and the meat is soft and tender! Pretty mouth-watering!!😋..🐓Chicken in Hua Diao Wine and Herb-flavoured PotI m really addicted to Herb-flavoured pot personally. Many great ingredients inside, like chinese medicine, red dates and wolfberry, etc. You will feel warm immediately after drinking this. The taste of this soup is quite heavy actually, so I suggest Herb-flavoured soup lovers can try this. .🍲Noodles in Broth with chickenIt's actually stewed Chicken noodles with large amounts of Shanghai White Cabbage. 呢間餐廳師承北京「全聚德」,以傳統掛爐烤鴨,預備工夫高達45個鐘,烤鴨師傅仲會大展刀工即席片鴨👨🏻‍🍳💗烤北京填鴨($185/ 半隻)師傅會先切下「鴨胸皮」,因為係最香脆,油香滿溢,入口即化,稱之為「一口酥」🦆食法係蘸少少白砂糖同蜂蜜黃梅醬一齊食,解除油膩感🍊其他鴨片就連皮帶肉,食落皮脆肉嫩,既有鴨香油脂,又有濃郁肉味。以薄身煙韌嘅餅皮包裏住🫓可加入清爽嘅青瓜🥒同京葱、香甜嘅哈蜜瓜條🍈,蘸上甜麵醬,層次非常豐富💗蟹粉扒豆苗($158)豆苗未夠鮮嫩軟滑🥬頂層加上稠厚嘅蟹粉醬汁,亦有適量蟹肉提鮮,以少量薑汁辟腥,可惜蟹粉唔夠甘香鹹鮮🦀💗蜜汁燒火方配荷葉包($188/ 6件)用上肥瘦均勻嘅台灣富貴火腿🍖加上糖膠、桂花水、花雕酒等熬成嘅蜜汁🍯另外有新鮮蓮子作點綴。配上熱辣辣又軟熟嘅荷葉包,味道香甜鹹香且不膩💗砂鍋雲吞雞($168)雞湯鮮美清淡,大白菜令湯底更清甜,雞油隔得夠乾淨🍲足足有半隻雞,雞肉幾嫩滑唔柴🐔另外有6隻菜肉雲吞,外皮薄身,內餡有雲耳、蔬菜同豬肉,飽滿爽脆🥟💗高力豆沙香蕉($58)用打起嘅蛋白香炸,不過口感唔夠鬆軟,欠缺空氣感。餡料有豆沙蓉同香蕉,表面沾上糖霜,甜而不膩🍌 繼續閱讀

秋風起,又是食蟹季節,唔食只食蟹咁單調,我點了金秋蟹逅二人套餐。北京烤填鴨 即場烤好的填鴨,每片通透烤鴨,加上煙韌卷餅、香甜哈密瓜、爽脆青瓜、香蔥、惹味烤鴨醬,每一口有金黃鴨皮油香,滋味。要盡快食一口酥,每隻烤填鴨只有幾小片,沾上砂糖食,油香味濃,滿口油香。意大利黑醋骨 肉多,拔絲黑醋汁酸甜,好開胃。香菜鮮魚羹 鮮肉肉幼嫩無骨,羹加入蛋白更幼滑,頂層件有香芹,增添色彩,還增添香味。點可以無蟹,再點了 蟹粉賽螃蟹 滑溜賽螃蟹,頂層加上厚厚蟹粉,蟹粉鹹鮮,惹味又嫩滑,食蟹季節無令我失望。古琴鴨肉炒飯 鴨肉肥美嫩滑,伴隨蛋絲,洋蔥粒,炒得粒粒分明。金腿濃湯煮津白 津白吸收晒所有高湯、金腿精華,鮮甜多汁,好飽都要一食再食。杞子桂花糕 清甜中帶有陣陣桂花香,清新。茶不可不讚,瑰荔堂煌 玫瑰味突出,茶香清淡,帶有絲絲甜意。裝修雅致,職員細心友善,小朋友還有鴨公仔送,食得開懷,下次會再來! 繼續閱讀
