趕及拜年兼同大姐慶祝生日,我帶她來到銅鑼灣一間樓上日本餐廳~古金-餐廳位於澳門逸園中心21樓,打開電梯門及內裡裝修完全感受到日本風味,真心令人勾起去日本旅行的回憶⋯⋯⋯⋯這裏的壽司的名字非常特別及有不同玩味類型的壽司🍣真是吸引好多外國人來吃。-HK$78龍捲風沙律~新年當然要做一個好意頭動作~撈起來。這個龍捲風沙律正合我們心意材料非常之多~中華沙律、蟹子、青瓜絲、沙律菜、蛋絲及蟹柳等多款材料,份量非常大可以做出了一個小山丘。我們二人一起撈起來,希望牛年大家撈起、撈起、撈得風生水起!-HK$98辣妹~在餐牌上是廚師推介的壽司🍣。這個壽司來包着外脆內彈牙的炸蝦及軟綿的忌廉芝士,頂層是辣味吞拿魚,非常惹味又有三種不同的口感,真令人讚嘆⋯⋯⋯-HK$228安格斯牛肉喜燒鍋~非常軟熟又有牛肉味的安格斯牛肉配上大量蔬菜冬菇金菇及豆腐不會覺得油膩還有內藏粉絲吃完非常飽肚。喜燒鍋的湯比較濃一點,所以豆腐及粉絲給滿了湯的精華非常好吃😋-這次我們下單的份量非常滿足有魚有菜有肉又有澱粉質吃後不會有罪惡感。 繼續閱讀

疫情有稍微緩和跡象,晚市堂食終於開返啦,所以我急不及待約咗朋友食晚飯;朋友喺銅鑼灣附近返工,所以放工約咗佢一齊食晚飯,我同佢都鍾意食日本嘢,所以就嚟咗呢間餐廳食,好彩一早訂左檯,黎到已經見到有人排隊walk in 了!我地睇完menu就點左3道菜式:安格斯牛肉壽喜燒:今晚天氣稍涼,最啱食番d暖笠笠嘅嘢食,所以叫咗呢個壽喜燒,鍋內仲鋪滿左金針菇、滑嫩豆腐、大蔥、大白菜,而最底仲有煙韌嘅粉絲作配料;另外仲有主角:安格斯牛肉,賣相擺盤很精緻。等左一陣終於滾起啦,已經聞到好香口既味道,壽喜燒湯底香甜濃郁,牛肉稍微焯一焯就食得,牛肉味道更濃郁、肉汁豐盈,因壽喜燒口味偏重,因此食既時候要蘸生蛋汁,除了有降溫效果外,也可以使肉質更加滑嫩順口。青龍卷:擺盆真係好似一條青龍咁樣,生氣勃勃既效果,有牛油果鋪滿喺面,內裏便夾有新鮮嘅蟹柳同埋飽滿嘅鰻魚,入口細嫩魚肉滑,沒有骨同腥味。蜘蛛卷:廚師擺盤真係很有心思,呢道菜名叫《蜘蛛卷》軟殼蟹腳驟眼睇真係好似一隻蜘蛛腳咁,但係一啲都唔得人驚,仲好好食添!😋蜘蛛卷內夾有青瓜、蟹柳、牛油果同埋軟殼蟹,食落好似食油炸鬼咁卜卜脆,軟殼蟹殼非常柔軟,味道香脆鮮甜, 肉味極其鮮嫩,估唔到加埋青瓜、蟹柳、牛油果一齊食個效果更加美味!+++++++++++++++如果大家喜歡💕我寫既食評,麻煩比個❤️鼓勵一下我,我會寫更多更好既食評比大家!😊 繼續閱讀

約了常常見面的死黨朋友提早吃團年午飯, 選址就在銅鑼灣的「世外桃源亅,一家叫「古今亅的日式小小居酒屋 。為什麼這樣說呢? 因為這家餐廳位於銅鑼灣最繁忙的崇光百貨旁邊,一幢叫澳門逸園中心的 銀座式商業大廈樓上。 樓下是車水馬龍、 人車爭路、熙來攘往的軒尼詩道; 但是坐了一程升降機後, 周遭環境的噪音分貝突然大降, 電梯門一開,就是一家恬靜幽雅的小小居酒屋, 彷如入了無人之境。。。。。。🦉「如果時光可以倒流一句話,你最希望跟我說的話是什麼?亅「 未想到,不如我們先吃東西。。。亅胡麻豆腐沙律 $78「這些片了薄片的豆腐,真的很考師傅的刀功啊!亅「所以都說要珍惜當下, 這些豆腐不能放太久, 不然會崩壞!亅「沙律菜也很當下(新鮮),還加入了我最喜愛的中華沙律。。。昆布海草絲, 配上清新的胡麻醬, 又爽口又好味,做前菜一流!亅雜錦天婦羅 $58這個也是現叫現做的, 天婦羅蝦熱辣辣又脆、冬菇炸完亦很鮮甜、 還有炸小紅薯和炸茄子 吃完很滿足!蜘蛛 $88能重做經典。。。其實只需保留一句「點菜的話亅已足夠 !!!我今天特地點了這裡的招牌菜。。。 創意壽司「蜘蛛spider亅 來慶祝我們相識N週年紀念 ! 哈! 你看它的造型,像不像一隻手舞足蹈的蜘蛛??我最喜歡吃包在裏面的牛油果, 連壽司飯一起吃 、吃起來油脂甘香、又有飽足的感覺!泡菜鰻魚炒飯 $138難道這裏的廚師有讀心的超能力?泡菜跟鰻魚的配搭很匹配, 我喜歡師傅落泡菜的份量,剛剛好,不多也不少, 就是我心底裡喜歡的味道。可以說。。。泡菜惹味,但沒有搶去鰻魚香。。。正所謂:剛剛好就是最好!日式醬油鰻魚最出名的地方,就是它肥美的肉質和濃郁的食味。。。 放在這個炒飯裡, 米粒剛好同時吸收了泡菜的精華和鰻魚的油香, 粒粒看起來皆晶瑩剔透, 像包了一層微黃的鰻魚油, 賣相食味俱佳, 而且吃起來油香滿溢而不膩 ,值得推介!。。。🦉「如果時光可以倒流一句話,我其實沒有什麼話想跟你說 。。。 平常要說的不是都說了嗎?!哈! 我才不要時光倒流那麼老土,活在當下、吃盡天下的美食。。。不是更好嗎!! 亅「好!就為我們的友誼乾杯, 演好這輩子的美食達郎與好朋友!」。。。🦉福福郎staycation食評系列, 有全港十八區的特色餐廳介紹 ,你今日睇曬未?! 請按左上角的「福福郎貓頭鷹頭像」, 參閱我的其他文章啦!午餐 繼續閱讀

週末約了朋友小聚,約了5點到SOGO 旁的古今early dinner 小聚一下,之前也有來過呀,記得有很特色的卷物,燒物呀鍋呀壽司呀什麼款式通通都有,而且價錢算便宜,但環境是高級餐廳的舒適。-金龍卷/青龍卷 $98 each我們選了兩款卷物,上桌時放在一起圍圈圈很美呀!朋友喜歡炸蝦所以點了金龍卷,還有芝士和三文魚,這個配搭是無敵的配呀,我覺得不沾醬油比較好吃。另我選了一個有牛油果的青龍卷,配搭的是蟹柳和鰻魚,相對比較清淡,但吃下去是出奇地很香,鰻魚的味道最突出!-安格斯牛肉壽喜燒 $228我們主食點了安格斯牛肉壽喜燒,感覺不吃點熱的肚子會空虛,除了主角安格斯牛肉外,還有很多豆腐、金菇、蔬菜,底下還有些葛粉,份量算是蠻多的。主角安格斯牛肉的牛味很香濃,口感軟綿綿的。其次我最欣賞的是葛粉,吸收了壽喜燒甜甜的味道很好吃,同時一有飽肚感。-芝士魚餅 $50這個芝士魚餅跟想像中有點不一樣,外表好像有點無趣嗎?平平無奇的,但一吃便有驚喜,魚餅本人完全是彈牙,而且燒得很香,裡面的芝士也一湧而出,但因為薄薄的所以不會覺得燙,很好吃。-- 繼續閱讀

Weekends should be worth some nice dine-out meals. This time we decided to go to this Japanese restaurant famous for creative sushi rolls in CWB. They had 3 branches, 2 more in TST and Kwun Tong respectively.Their long list of creative Maki Rolls was a must-order. Although the ingredients might be similar, they grouped different ingredients to create different types of rolls. Apart from these, they also offered sashimi, sushi, salad, appetizers, grilled dishes, tempura, rice etc. There were also lunch sets even on Saturday.We ordered two creative Maki rolls, one tempura, one snack and one fried rice to share. 金龍卷 Golden Dragon Roll (Cream Cheese, Tempura Shrimp, Salmon) $98+10%It was an encore but in a different form this time because last time we had it flamed but it was not flamed this time. They seemed pretty much the same actually. Salmon and cream cheese were such a perfect combo. There were 8 pieces. Two pieces contained the tempura shrimp tails so we suspected that they had used two whole tempura shrimps for the rolls. Each rice roll was topped by salmon sashimi with some spicy mustard dressing on top of the salmon which made it very appetising. Inside the rolls, the tempura shrimps were super crispy. To my surprise, the cream cheese was put beside the shrimp. Some black and white sesame seeds were also added to the rice to enhance flavour. The brown sauce on the surface seemed to be grilled eel sauce. These rolls were really incredibly yummy with the combo of crispy tempura shrimps plus fresh salmon sashimi!青龍卷 Green Dragon Roll (Avocado, Eel, Crab Fillet) $98+10%There were 8 pieces of rolls topped by fresh avocado beautifully. Inside the rolls, there were grilled eel and crab fillet. On the top, black and white sesame were both sprinkled to enhance flavour.  Some grilled eel sauce was nicely squeezed on top. Overall, this roll offered a very smooth texture with smooth avocado and bouncy eel flesh. The avocado was very refreshing too. Good rolls! By the way, some sliced pickled ginger and wasabi were served on the side. But there was absolutely no need to add soy sauce or wasabi to the rice rolls. Assorted Tempura (Sweet Potato, Eggplant, Mushroom, Shrimp) $58+10%It was not the first time we had this dish and we decided to encore! There were 2 shrimps, 1 sweet potato, 1 mushroom and 1 eggplant. They were all freshly deep fried and were so hot. The batter was not so thin but didn't affect the crispiness of the batter. The sweet potato was very dense and sweet. The mushroom smelt very good while the eggplant was also of good quality. Accompanying the tempura, there were some fresh salad greens. The tempura sauce was served separately. 芝士魚餅 $50+10%There were 2 big slices of cheese fish cakes cut into 4 portions. They were freshly made that the fish cake itself was so bouncy with rich flavour of fish and slightly thicker crust. The cheese lava was flowing out and was so good to enhance the flavour of the fish cake! Accompanying the fish cake, there were some fresh salad greens as well. Quite a good snack indeed.Eel Kimchi Fried Rice $138+10%It was a nicely done fried rice with a lot of different ingredients including diced eel, eggs, spicy and sour kimchi, carrot shreds, chopped spring onion. It was the moist type of fried rice which was perfectly seasoned in kimchi. There were also some accompanying fresh greens. Portion of the rice was not small and should be good for 2 to 3 people. It was delicious indeed. We were happy with all food items this meal. Seating was comfortable. Most seats were normal table seats with 6 high chairs on the sushi bars. The interior renovations were mostly wooden and very Japanese.  Service was very good although there was only one guy serving everyone. The server was so nice that he made us feel that he did care a lot about our feelings. Will definitely come back from time to time.  繼續閱讀
