呢排疫情咁緊張,都唔敢周圍搵好野食😭反而屋企附近好多餐廳其實都未試過好似呢間叉燒大王咁,雖然好多好評咁,但真係好少話特登過嚟食咁貴價嘅叉燒😖今次都係C忽痕同FD過嚟試下,不過就應該唔會有第2次啦😂首先一定要講一樣野,佢地係有賣燒味飯,門口都有外賣部但入到去佢地係唔會俾食飯嘅細Menu俾你感覺就係焗你一定要食貴野小菜等D人差唔多食晒佢先嚟逐枱俾張燒味飯Menu,而個時段其實一直係有得賣!其實睇返openrice都冇人影過呢張細menu認真...內心不是滋味囉★★★泡椒鳳爪 $48先嚟個泡椒鳳爪開下胃,泡椒味幾出,味道唔錯不過係有骨嘅,份量亦唔多★★★★特選蜜汁叉燒王(例牌) $98嚟到一場緊係試咗佢嘅招牌叉燒先,$98一小碟例牌冇飯,都可以話係相當矜貴叉燒選用了四川梅頭肉再用佢地嘅秘制叉燒醬嚟醃製肉質睇得出係幾靚,肥瘦均勻,色澤亦紅潤飽滿咬落表皮香甜內裡juicy,整體嚟講都合格嘅★水煮牛肉 $82實在強差人意,果然係"圖片只供參考"偷工減料非常嚴重,不如改名做水煮豬紅成兜野入面我連5塊牛肉都搵唔到,仲要好細塊,毫冇口感反而全部都係豬紅, $82食豬紅,點解唔去隔離街邊小食買?呢個超級大伏嚟,食客們見到此post就自己睇路😰😰★★★椒鹽九肚魚 $78中規中矩,唔太重椒鹽味,而且唔夠脆唔夠香口,九肚魚嘅口感亦唔討好,中間幼魚絲太多,根本食唔出九肚魚本身嘅嫩滑口感★★魚香茄子煲 $72茄子夠腍夠入味,肉碎都多,反而佢講到明冇魚(咁點解仲叫魚香茄子煲呢😂?!)醬汁偏濃,食耐咗就覺得好咸,唯有撈飯中和下★★絲苗白飯 $12★★茗茶 $8/1位呢個飯價同茶價...仲貴過去茶樓店家聲稱採用高級茗茶,我就唔係太識欣賞,反正都只係一杯兩杯止叉燒大王整體評分★★★地理環境★★★除咗街坊應該好少人會特登嚟河畔花園呢個地段不過成條街都野食都幾多選擇嘅服務★★全樓面得2個阿姐,普通茶記服務食物★★★除咗個叉燒其他都唔洗特登去試而其實食過其他店嘅叉燒仲好食+抵食過佢價位$$$ 繼續閱讀

每次想同屋企人食飯,第一時間都會諗食中菜,因為中餐可以一齊分享,感覺溫馨啲今日唔喺市中心同人逼,行遠少少去到河畔花園搵食第一時間畀佢嘅餐牌吸引咗,因為小菜嘅選擇好多,而且價錢唔貴叉燒例牌叉燒睇落好似好簡單,但係其實好考師傅嘅功夫,同埋要選擇合適嘅肉先整得好呢個叉燒肥瘦均稱,有少少肥肉嘅爽口,唔會太硬而且份量比想像中多,幾抵食茶樹菇燉唐排想飲好味嘅湯,就梗係唔會揀味精湯今次揀咗一個足料嘅燉湯而家煲湯嘅材料唔平,淨係買舊細細嘅豬肉都幾十蚊但係呢度用咗滿滿嘅材料去燉湯,無添加太多嘅調味,燉湯保留咗肉嘅清甜蜜薯牛仔粒我好鍾意呢個餸,因為薯仔甜甜哋,又唔會煮得太淋牛肉同樣索咗醬汁嘅甜味,再加少少黑椒,非常好餸飯醬燒脆皮茄子茄子外皮燒到脆脆地,配搭甜甜鹹鹹嘅醬油味,同樣非常好送飯豉油皇海蝦將大大隻嘅海蝦用醬油爆炒,蝦殼食落都脆脆地,但蝦肉仲保留到非常爽口海蝦咁大隻咁新鮮,相信就算清蒸都已經好好味不過用醬油去炒,味道就更惹味更好餸飯今次食嘅呢幾款小菜味道唔錯,而且份量十足,下次再想食中餐都可以考慮嚟呢度開飯 繼續閱讀

With an abundance of roasted barbecue meat resturant these days it’s hard to find the turkey authentic and stand out ones.I’m so glad I stumbled upon this place. It was their name that intrigued me at first. Calling themselves the bbq pork king sets them up with pretty big shoes to fill.So of course I had the bbq pork was a must order. But I also wanted to try their other bbq meat offerings, so a platter was the way to go.And can I just say they certainly don’t mess around here! The bbq pork was outstanding! It was all the right flavours and textures and had the perfect balance of fatty and lean meats! I can certainly see why they are the bbq pork king! The other bbq meats were good too, I especially enjoyed the roasted pork. But they can’t compare to the char siu.We also ordered some other dishes like the fried rice noodles and a play of greens.Both dishes were fantastic as well. The veggies were so naturally sweet and seasoned really good. And the can really taste the “wok hei” in the fried noodle dish.Really recommend this place if you’re looking for some good char siu and simple Cantonese dishes. 繼續閱讀

今日過開黎沙田做嘢,就去左河畔花園食飯,附近有間叉燒大王,門面好大, 而且我哋好鐘意食叉燒,所以一於試下。叉燒例牌$98叫得叉燒大王黎依度又點可以唔試吓呢度嘅招牌叉燒,果然真係唔錯。叉燒份量都唔細,每塊叉燒都係厚切,口感一流,肉質鬆化軟淋,肥瘦適中,食落甜甜地,充滿蜜汁味,邊位有少少焦味,燒得啱啱好!薑蔥炒鮑魚$108呢度其實除咗食燒味唔錯之外,估唔到睇佢Menu都有好多海鮮食,而且鋪頭外面都有養新鮮海鮮,所以我哋就試吓佢嘅鮑魚仔。呢個薑蔥鮑魚仔原來係鐵板上,上枱時候熱呼呼,吱吱扎扎嘅聲音令薑蔥嘅香味香飄入鼻🤤鮑魚仔鮮甜新鮮,平時通常係食清蒸或果皮蒸,但原來同薑蔥一齊煮都係一個好好嘅配搭。黃金翠玉瓜$68黃金蝦就食得多,黃金翠玉瓜真係第一次試,每片翠玉瓜都呈金黃色,沾滿咸蛋黃嘅香味,炒得亦算乾身,食起嚟帶點鹹蛋黃嘅油香和甘香,香濃惹味。最後埋單$290 都算幾抵食 繼續閱讀

之前黎河畔食野,幾次經過叉燒大王都見到唔少人斬料斬大舊叉燒,初頭以為只賣燒味,最近先知原來仲有其他小菜,敢自稱叉燒大王,相信餐廳對自己ge招牌叉燒都有番咁上下信心,一於試下堅唔堅。行緊去座位都未坐低侍應就問飲咩茶,果然夠爽快,叫左壺水仙,清香甘甜,拍得住茶樓水準。特選蜜汁叉燒王(例牌)份量合理,外表望落都ok,唔太肥唔太瘦,色澤自然,放埋入口試下先,咬落微暖,肥瘦均勻,果然係真材實料ge梅頭肉,肉腍兼有彈性,唔會腍到霉,肉汁都算多,唔柴皮,不過餐廳秘製叉燒醬就甜左d,而且燒得唔夠燶,焦香欠奉。走地雞肉質彈牙,唔太肥,雞味幾濃郁,配埋鹹度剛好ge鹽水再加埋薑蓉送飯,好快食晒成碗。西蘭花新鮮爽脆,淋上熱辣辣芝士汁,都唔錯,雖然話係極濃芝士,但都唔會膩。 繼續閱讀
