訂位後聽說牛扒一般般，帶住啲啲忐忑既心情，硬着頭皮去（訂位時俾埋錢）🤣。點知有驚喜‼️服務好好，唔多講啦🤣餐前麵包，沙律正正常常啦，配早餐茶。除此之外，跟餐仲有炸薯球，分別係避風塘同冬陰功口味。 重點牛扒，我同朋友都揀咗烤美國肉眼扒。我7成熟，佢3成熟，上枱好靚仔。第一啖（3成熟）已經好驚艷，肉質好柔軟，好豐富既肉汁，好有牛味，充滿炭烤既香味👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻而7成熟差別係就冇咁多肉汁同嫩滑，不過肉質都係柔軟，有牛味同炭烤既香氣。 有個細節位十分加分，牛扒上枱嘅時候餐碟都係溫既❤️有少少美中不足既係3成熟既牛扒邊位有少少熟左啲。 最後生果雪葩配新鮮時果😂UM…我覺得一般啦，水果唔甜同埋雪葩好酸。 🫶🏻我覺得值得一試，尤其係特別日子/生日慶祝。重點係牛扒味道既好加酒店服務唔洗$500係OK既。…查看更多

This time we are in the Peninsula lobby restaurant for the summer grill menu which showcase their signature steaks.The meal included tea or coffee that they offered on the drinks menu. We order organic herbal infusions from the tea selection.We ordered sets for two people, one of each from the menu. Firstly there is the grilled black angus grain fed striploin, and second of all we have the grilled U.S. double gold ribeye steak. We ordered medium rare but it turned out medium well for both our steaks. The ribeye had a more pleasant taste comparing to the striploin. The steaks came with bernaise sauce, black pepper sauce and beef jus.The set also came with Tom yum or typhoon shelter style tater tots which we also had one of each. These were super tasty, it was deep fried but wasn’t too oily. This summer, our family had an unforgettable experience at the “Lobby Summer Grill”! 🍽️✨ The menu featured a delightful selection of grilled specialties and artisanal desserts that we all loved,!We decided to try the grilled Angus grass-fed sirloin steak, and it was simply divine! 🥩 The meat was juicy and tender, perfectly complemented by the flavorful Béarnaise sauce and black pepper sauc! 😄For sides, we opted for the crispy Thai-style fried potatoes, which added a nice crunch to our meal.
