半島酒店入面嘅西餅店<半島精品店>,耐吾使會有新款西餅推出,今日下午有時間,便和朋友買幾件西餅,一齊品嘗一下,來個品味Afternoon Tea。我買左兩件cake, 加一個芒果布丁,單睇個西餅盒,已經包裝得非常豪華!!~紫色心形係開心果餅抵加 raspberry cream moose 係入面,外面包住紫色既朱古力,感覺好浪漫,好lady, 入口酸酸甜甜,食完覺得好sweet。芒果布丁味道其實比較普通,不過佢係平凡既芒果抵入面,加左少少脆脆地既小餅仔同朱古力,而且仲有新鮮芒果蓉,為平凡嘅芒果布甸加入咗一點特別的色彩。菊花放蛋糕面既係洋甘菊蘋果餡料moose多層西餅,入面有吾同層次既青蘋果蓉,同蘋果蓉餡料,入口感覺先酸後甜,感覺既清新又特別,味道多層次,三種甜品入面,呢件係最好味既!!~ 繼續閱讀

今日喺尖沙咀,突然之間心思思想食好靚嘅蛋糕,但係又未至於想食tea set咁full, 咁不如我買散裝靚靚蛋糕返屋企食啦! 突然諗起半島嘅士多啤梨卷好出名, 咁就去望下啦, 去到見到有幾款蛋糕排得好靚, 除咗買士多啤梨卷,我仲想買個鬆餅呀, 但係鬆餅唔設散買,咁我就揀多件馬達加斯加朱古力蛋糕! 店員用咗個好靚嘅盒同好靚嘅紙袋同我入起兩件蛋糕, 每件蛋糕盛惠60蚊,價錢合理。 攞到返去始終都幾個字車程,馬達加斯加朱古力蛋糕好不幸地跌低咗, 所以張相影得唔算太好睇。 士多啤梨卷比較淡味,所以我食咗佢先。 拎上手非常之大件,都幾好食,忌廉軟滑輕盈,士多啤梨都算甜,完全唔酸,蛋糕都算鬆軟,不過我覺得如果蛋糕再鬆軟啲多啲蛋味、忌廉可以再輕盈多一啲、同埋士多啤梨再甜啲,就完美喇! 反而個馬達加斯加朱古力蛋糕令我非常之有驚喜, 佢嗰隻朱古力真係好食到好緊要! 仲要入口即溶非常正! 令我有種唔捨得食曬佢嘅感覺! 再加埋啲慕絲、忌廉同埋一啲脆脆, 完全係perfect match! 如果下次再嚟幫襯,我會想再食呢個馬達加斯加朱古力蛋糕。 繼續閱讀

Got the mini moon cakes from Peninsula boutique.The pastry was very buttery, and when the packet was opened, you could smell the butter from the pastry.The pastry was about 4mm thick and tasted like the Taiwanese pineapple roll pastry, but softer.The egg custard in the middle was warm orange in colour, and the texture was dense like cheesecake.In terms of taste, I found it too sweet and sugary.It did not taste as good as the first time I tried it in 2012 because it was just sugary and chalky. 繼續閱讀

一年一度中秋佳節又到啦,月餅係主角吾少得。市面推出口味千奇百趣嘅月餅,但奶黃月餅仍然係我同家人至愛嘅口味!今年買來一盒8個裝半島酒店迷你奶黃月餅。外層金黃色嘅餅皮入口香軟,內裡餡料散發淡淡嘅奶香加蛋黃香味,口感幼滑而不膩,令人回味! 繼續閱讀
