🌟 I just had an incredible experience at Sen-ryo for the 20th Anniversary Shokunin Festival ! 🌸 The Shokunin Sushi series truly amazed me with its innovative smoked sushi. Each dish felt like a masterpiece.The smoked A4 Wagyu with caviar was absolutely divine, offering a rich beef flavor that was perfectly complemented by the caviar. The seared black cod with cod liver sauce was heavenly—crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, paired with a creamy liver sauce that elevated the dish. I also enjoyed the live Hokkaido scallops and tuna marinated in red wine with foie gras. The combination of fresh scallops and marinated tuna, balanced beautifully with the richness of foie gras, was simply delightful.I loved the three exclusive sake selections, each showcasing unique fruitiness from Yamada Nishiki rice. To finish, the handcrafted warabi mochi with sky matcha was the perfect refreshing touch to the meal.I often think about Senryo’s food, and this visit to the Mira Place One location in Tsim Sha Tsui was especially enjoyable, thanks to the comfortable seating and friendly service. If you have the chance, I highly recommend trying this experience!

尖沙咀店食個lunch等超過半個鐘 ,現在食物還未到齊,已經有很多人在催促,但店員只是講一些做緊,咁多年從來未試過投訴食肆咁大集團竟然服務這樣真是太令人失望想不到這樣的店舖竟然服務成這樣

千両日本餐廳是一家經營得宜的餐廳,菜色口味尚可,服務也還算可以。然而,出餐速度較慢,似乎應該讓客人留單,服務人員也需要時常提醒 。等待了相當長的時間,其他同時入座的四人桌都已經用餐完畢,即便是後來到達的客人也已經吃完,但我們仍未見到食物的蹤影。更何況,現在香港的餐廳服務速度普遍緩慢 ,這是怎麼一回事呢?Open Rice 要求評論至少 200 字才能發表評論,這或許是為了避免過多的負面評論,我可以理解!而在之後的用餐過程中,沒有服務員前來加茶 ,也許是因為他們擔心我會投訴 。整頓菜餚的時間甚至等到了整整一個小時,一般來說,用餐時間應該是半個小時左右,但現在已經是原本時間的兩倍了。也許他們根本不需要回來收桌?又或者,我應該感激他們給我半小時的獨處時間 。

千兩嘅午市都幾性價比高!最平$98有一個想官方網站就齊晒所有Menu 㗎喇,除咗時令嘅當日菜式 今次同上次一樣都係10本是日刺身定食,或者係秋刀魚燒定食 我encore上次!今次有新嘢就係燒帶子, $58大大隻 好鮮味好正每人一隻大滿足!不過佢呢度嘅和依然咁細個!海鮮鍋嘅菜真係好少半碗都冇原來 今次特登量一量唔知點解嗌赤蝦壽司會冇蝦嘅頭?不嬲都係嘅咩?個頭咁正。..行鱈魚西京燒都好正 充滿油脂,而且甜甜地嘅西京燒煮飯餸飯超正同事忘不了呢度燒牛肉定食嘅條尾!牛嘅脂肪撈埋甜甜嘅調味 我哋一路食一路喺度諗究竟呢個嘢點樣整得咁好味?🤣🤣今次南京你都仲喺度!仲係咁醒目😍😍
