Our team at Gourmet 18 is here to help! Our professional chef team, with many years of 5-star hotel culinary background, searched for premium ingredients, using well-tested formulas to marinate the ingredients, preparing ingredients according to industry standards in order to prepare food packs. The food packs are frozen using blast chilling techniques in ordered to maintain at its prime when delivered to your doorstep.
All we required from customers are less than 30 minutes, basic cooking skills and utensils requirements. You can now enjoy and create delicious dishes for your friends and family even after a busy day of work!

金鐘無咩好野食，開左呢間逢午餐試一試外賣，好新鮮好好味、唔會好咸！雞肉好滑、豬肉都唔會硬，2:30後仲有平，一星期起碼食3-4日，因為成日都唔同菜式，份量夠大，男人實夠飽

店舖相信開了不久，平日我們不怎麼煮飯，返工經過這間舖，見有預製的餸菜，但選擇不多，其中傳統的梅菜扣肉、栗子雞、南乳豬手等等，都有一定水準，試了幾次都唔錯，值得回頭。

依家食lunch多數買外賣返公司食，唔洗等位又可以坐得舒服啲，不過食嚟食去都係嗰幾間，真係會悶，最近見到有新野當然要試吓。佢哋賣熱食方便拎返公司可以即刻食，佢哋都有賣冰鮮飯餸，放工拎返屋企整熱就食得，好方便。栗子北菇炆雞飯，雞肉嫩滑，多栗子，味道香濃，如果醬汁多啲就更好。梅菜扣肉飯，超級好送飯，唔會太咸，甜甜地，肉質肥瘦適中，入口即化，我同同事都回購多次。定期更新菜單，次次都有驚喜，又有素食選擇。最近食咗個咖哩茄子（好似係印度咖哩），真係唔錯。佢哋啲飯餸唔覺有味精，最重要係好乾淨，飯餸分開，已經係我嘅飯堂。

星期六經過了,買了豬手,牛筋腩及short ribs試近屋企試吓看門口, 價錢不是最平但包裝非常企理. 試後竞然喜出望外!返熱程序簡單而且味道不像平常餸菜包!會再買看門口.
