有60年歷史嘅老店,舖頭嘅裝修好舊,好逼同未必好講究,不過佢地嘅豆腐花係我食過最滑最好味嘅,豆漿亦好重豆味,甜度適中,就算飲到底都無黃豆渣。另外,我其實係超級豆腐粉絲,豆腐豆漿,由細到大都超鍾意食,今次當然會叫其他小食啦,有乾蒸牛肉,中規中矩,無咩特別,另外叫咗個三拼,煎魚腐、魚肉豆腐同豆卜,煎得好好味,金黃色,無過火,無搞到乾爭爭,而且好濃豆味,好滑,真係平靚正,不過由於環境太逼,去嘅話要有心理準備會坐到背貼背,但係我亦會再去嘅,因為真心覺得好好味 繼續閱讀

咦間老字號相信大家都唔陌生嫁啦!對👅都唔例外!因為佢真係陪伴我成長😢細個個時,因為要上興趣班,每星期都起碼去兩次深水埗順便食公和😁每次老細都會自動幫我落單,大叫一句一個雙拼、一杯堂二😂.諗翻起都成十五年啦!十幾年前比我跌崩左個隻玻璃杯,已經被即用即棄嘅膠杯取代左。但味道始終如一☺️.仲要多左好好食嘅魚腐😍所以今次唔再係雙拼而係三拼啦!👅最鍾意係加大量辣椒醬黎食😏然後辣到hihi就灌啖超冰涼荳漿!正😋其實佢算唔話得啦!價錢一直都咁親民,咁多年黎都唔係加左好多價! 繼續閱讀

My cousin was visiting Hong Kong from the US, and she wanted to buy some beads for jewelry-making from Sham Shui Po.  Since it was Boxing Day and my brother didn't have to work, he drove the three of us to Sham Shui Po.  After buying the beads, we decided to grab a bite before leaving the area.I was going to bring my cousin to the famous cheung fun shop, so I was looking on the map on my phone and saw that Kung Wo is in the area.  I asked my cousin if she'd rather have sweet tofu, and she said yes, so we went to Kung Wo instead.When we arrived at the shop, there were no seats available on the ground floor, but my brother saw that there is a seating area upstairs, so he got us seats while we purchased the sweet tofu from the shop.  The purchasing process was relatively simple, we paid for the 3 bowls of sweet tofu at the cashier, and the server on the corner of the shop handed us a tray with the 3 bowls of sweet tofu.We carried the sweet tofu up to the seating area, where it was also very crowded.  The seating area was a little messy, which I already expected for a busy old-school shop.  We shared a table with another 2 people, so I didn't take pictures of the seating area.Sweet Tofu:  This is some of the best sweet tofu I've had!  It had a strong soy bean flavor, and it was incredibly smooth as well.  There was yellow sugar available on the table, so you can add sugar according to how sweet you like your sweet tofu!This sweet tofu was so good that my brother and I decided to buy another 2 bowls to take home with us for our mother.  We originally had no plans to stop home before dinner, and we made a detour just to deliver the sweet tofu to mom!  繼續閱讀

人生第一次食公和,只係因為咁啱要去深水埗之前有留意新聞都知道公和因為某種原因而要改用膠碗,雖然係有d唔環保,而且少咁d風味,但都唔影響豆腐花同其他食物嘅質素。第一次黎,環境地方雖細,坐得無咁舒服,但好有60-70年代嘅感覺,坐得辛苦d都無咩所謂~男朋友幫我叫左個香煎豆腐,雖然入口都幾油,不過都煎得好香口。豆腐面上面係魚肉,食個時要小心有些少短幼骨,不過就好好食,再配合埋個豆瓣醬夠晒惹味~~而個豆腐就算煎完都唔散,仲好有豆香味好滑,真心要推介嘅另外豆腐花原來有幾款,要叫order 時要講明無糖少糖定係正常,我就叫左個正常糖,雖然甜但好潤,豆腐花入口非常滑溜,仲有豆香味,比起出面有d得個滑字,有d得個香字,呢到算係平衡嘅,呢個我都會推介,因為食完仲想食多碗呀~~下次仲想試下豆漿同其他野食呢~ 繼續閱讀

同同事晌深水埗上完堂肚餓就去搵食。於是就去咗呢間老字號嘅香港公和荳品廠。我都曾經聽過有好多朋友講過話好食。下晝5點半左右,舖頭已經好多人。第一次去到,梗係睇下個餐牌啦!見啲嘢都幾平!就晌我同同事諗緊食乜嘅時候,收銀嘅呀姐用唔耐煩嘅語氣講左句:「你地要諗嘅企過少少,後面有仲有好多人要買。」我哋聽到都企埋一邊睇。睇睇吓,個呀姐又燥底咁話我哋:「你哋一係就坐晌度睇!一係就企埋少少!後面好多人!唔好阻住!」同事都有講唔好意思。然後再行入少少。(講真...位置係得咁多,唔係坐就企㗎啦!唔睇餐牌點知有咩食呀!洗唔洗1分鐘話我哋兩次?!)好啦,睇完餐牌就晌收銀落單。我地叫左荳花、煎釀荳腐同黃金魚腐。落單之後都唔洗等好耐,好快就有食物。荳花荳花本身已經有糖水,甜甜地。口感十分軟滑,有淡淡的荳香味。(讚!)加埋黃糖更正!煎釀豆腐煎釀豆腐嘅味道較清淡。質感嫩滑!加上鼓油同辣醬,唔錯。黃金魚腐一般嘅魚腐都係彈牙,像魚蛋似嘅彈牙口感。但公和嘅魚腐完全唔一樣。表面香脆,入面係軟軟嘅豆腐。總結食物方面嘅味道同口感算唔錯。但服務態度同衛生方面就無咁好。收銀員的態度上面一開始都已經講過,就連店員叔叔都對其他客人都無乜禮貌。話啲客坐晌度阻住佢行!其實一句「唔該!」、「唔好意思!」係咪真係咁難呢?店內環境其實真係迫,房仔果邊都唔係好得去邊。加上旁邊就係橫巷,所以衛生方面感覺唔太好。未食過嘅朋友都可以去試下嘅,不過記得上嚟睇熟個餐牌先好去呀!免得又令呀姐燥底啦! 繼續閱讀
