尖沙咀區搵到超值午餐,仲要係坐得舒服,唔趕你走嘅日本料理。午餐連星期六、日都有。價錢低至$50幾左右!有好多款唔同刺身或熟食定食。叫左鯖魚定食$75,鯖魚新鮮熱騰騰,夠大條,魚皮烤到脆脆地。魚都唔腥,味道唔錯。定食仲包麵豉湯同沙律及蒸蛋,仲有飲品。另外,叫左刺身定食,有三文魚、油甘魚、吞拿魚、帶子、八爪魚及牡丹蝦!都幾多款式。不過質素就普普通通,最好吃是牡丹蝦。飲品揀左橙汁及檸蜜,呢間日本料理真心抵食,味道不錯。 繼續閱讀

假日路經附近,原定要去在尖東的日本菜大幅加價,不甘當水魚於是聽朋友介紹來到八海山吃一趟。八海山午餐價位喺尖沙咀好難可以搵到,睇睇附圖餐牌,$50幾有沙律有蒸蛋有湯有drinks無得輸啦,仲要係幾好食嘅,加埋一都唔使$60。我地一行十幾人佢地比左裡面間房比我地坐,但出入去洗手間發現大堂坐著幾台的日本人,由此可見呢間係該區較像樣的日本料理。下次有機會一定要來試試晚餐。假日都有午餐定食,唔迫你散叫,幾好幾好滑蛋炸蝦飯定食 繼續閱讀

炸蘆筍同心卷Deep fried asparagus with seaweed (HK$95)酒盜芝士Cream cheese with salted fish (HK$68)花魚鹽燒Grilled hokke (HK$85)燒淮山明太子Cod Roe on Grilled Yam (HK$65)串燒三味Skewer Mix:- 燒牛舌Ox Tongue (HK$35)- 煙肉蘆筍串Bacon Asparagus Skewer (HK$33)- 梅子大葉免治雞肉捧Minced chicken meat seasoned with plum (HK$28)手打蕎麥麵Homemade soba (HK$80)魷魚絲天婦羅Deep fried dried cuttlefish (HK$65)Rating: 4/5 🌟呢間居酒屋,都有啲創意菜式,值得一試。好似個煙肉蘆筍卷,外面脆口,入面多汁。燒淮山明太子,淮山非常清爽又有爽脆咬口,加上鮮味明太子,味道好濃郁,完美搭配!最後,我都好鍾意個酒盜芝士,係一個日本居酒屋傳統嘅送酒食物,深受日本人愛戴。個「咸魚」其實好似係魚內臟嚟嘅😱但佢整到完全無腥味,個感覺有啲似西班牙油浸鯷魚,配上cream cheese 係意想不到嘅惹味。值得試😍在尖沙咀鬧市中,發現一間正宗日式居酒屋。裝飾和氣氛都好有日本嘅味道。員工大部分都是日本人或是流利日文,加上周圍有好多檯日本客,唔知以為自己去左日本😂食物方面,烤牛舌一向係本人喺居酒屋嘅必食。表面烤得微燻,外脆內juicy,正!魷魚絲天婦羅是另一亮點。一款大家熟悉不過嘅小食 - 無錯,係魷魚絲! 不過係做成天婦羅!小心,會上癮架😉印象深刻嘅仲有自家製蕎麥麵,廚師(當然是日本人)响廚房新鮮手打架!呢度仲有"飲Mi放題" (sorry 亂譯) 😂每日下午6點到8點,生啤酒/清酒任飲都係HK$98咋😱There are some really innovative dishes here which are worth trying, like the deep fried asparagus rolls, which are super juicy inside and crunchy outside, reaching a great balance; the cod roe on grilled yam, which is delicious, the juicy and crunchy yam is very refreshing, seasoned with the cod roe which has got a strong seafood flavour, its a perfect match. Last but not least, I also love the cream cheese with salted fish (its also named shuto cheese), the shuto, in a way like Japanese anchovy has been well liked by the Jap locals, especially with alcohol, and this shop does this dish justice as it tastes really authentic 👌🏿Its a nice found in TST, authentic izakaya in the city with the decor, the vibes, and the staff who are either Japanese or can speak fluent Japanese, surrounded by a no of Japanese customers made me feel like I was actually in Japan 😂Back to the food, grilled ox tongue is always my favourite item in an izakaya, the seared and slightly brown crust on the surface and tenderness and juiciness inside always got me. The deep fried dried cuttlefish is another highlight, those who are Asians are probably familiar with the snack - dried cuttlefish slices, and yes, this is exactly that but deep fried. Its very addictive and you wouldn't feel greasy as the texture is quite light, perfect dish to go with a draft sapporo 🍻. And Im impressed about the homemade soba, the chef (who are Japanese, of course) made them freshly in the kitchen, and this place also offers "nomihodai" (all-you-can-drink) from 6pm to 8pm for draft beer /sake with one at a price of HK$98😱🍶🍻 繼續閱讀

禮拜日經開尖沙嘴,見到八海山居酒屋。以前係銅鑼灣有分店的時候,成日都pre-order 鹽燒三文魚鮫食。當佢搬離銅鑼灣的時候,已經好Miss 左佢d嘢食好耐。依家難得經過,一定要拜訪下。入來好熟悉的感覺,遞上熱毛巾,賓至如歸。茶杯上的健康十訓,可以餐前Meditate下,深感日本飲食文化來一杯燉蛋,味道依舊好正,唔少得入邊粒白果。好多日式餐廳已經落少左呢個重要的食材。仲有沙律食嗰魚生飯食材好新鮮,魚生刀功一流,無筋無渣。壽司都好肥美,入口即融。配上生磨Wasabi,真係好似去左日本🇯🇵 好有誠意。 繼續閱讀

估唔到星期六尖沙咀旺區都會有啲咁抵食嘅日本料理午餐星期六下午時間去到得幾枱客人 ,餐廳稍為冷清,但係餐廳裝修富有日本懷舊風味,我估佢嘅 食物應該都幾地道午市套餐選擇非常多,餐牌大概有三版可供選擇。有熟食、有刺身、有壽司定食等,基本上唔會揀唔到我地就揀咗壽司定食配烏冬$85壽司定食有六件壽司同埋三件卷物配烏冬,壽司係高質非常肥美新鮮,甜蝦大大隻又甜,帶子亦都係厚切同鮮甜其他都好新鮮。另外叫咗牛肉豆腐鍋定食$65啲豆腐好滑,個湯味道都唔錯所有午市定食都包沙律、麵豉湯、蒸蛋同埋嘢飲!會再黎 繼續閱讀
