呢豌野想點,叫左湯輀,花生都唔多粒,問呀姐點解冇料,佢話,有呀,有蔥lor!態度又唔好,食到好嬲仲有一肚氣天。哩一有既係佢個spicy味,都夠後勁,食完好耐個肚都仲係好暖既。 繼續閱讀

是日晚上約了中學朋友閒聊,話說大家畢業後,出了社會工作,各有各忙,能約出一日食餐傾計都份外珍惜。朋友建議食雞煲,因之前已食了2次,正,每次都食到火辣辣。到達餐廳後基本上不用等位便進入,不消5分鐘朋友便叫一個bb辣雞煲,另加添生菜,芝士丸,紅薯粉,米線,其他雜丸。由於與朋友傾得興起,(抱歉忘計影相,只拍了少量相片), 一行5人食一個雞煲是剛剛好。煲內約有30多件雞肉,細細件方便咬,雖則是bb辣,起初感覺有點接受不了,但慢慢食,味道由中辣調至微辣,辣得滋味,一路食,一路與朋友傾起各自工作環境,對老闆不滿等。。最後店員告知可免費送上甜品-桂花杞子,大家食過,一致認為味道有點怪,不太好食。 繼續閱讀

叫咗個雞軟骨 口水雞兩碗酸辣粉 一小辣 一中辣 雞軟骨係OK嘅 口水雞冇咩肉又唔夠辣酸辣粉麻麻但其實我已經俾咗好多次機會有兩次外賣自取 一次係薯粉 份量有小又貴又冇乜餸 一次係咪泡椒米線 個米線淋曬!哩間次次去都唔會滿座唔好食又點解又會去呢。就係因為附近冇咩野食想搵間鋪頭傾計 傷心酸辣粉最啱 繼續閱讀

簡直名符其實的傷心, 食完辣到你過隱的粉麵; 我和姐姐星期六下班, 午餐不知吃甚麼, 見到這間連鎖米線店, 就進去; 款多, 價格一般, 不太貴, 份量有點不足夠; 就是就叫了一個皇牌口水雞套餐及紅油脆耳;口水雞約六件, 黃黃的滑雞皮, 十分吸引, 香辣的口感十分激爽; 長長的幼薯口感軟滑, 晶塋剔透, 不易斷; 叫了一個小辣已經忍受不住了. 吃到滿面太汗, 眼淚直流; 吃完不太飽, 於是叫了一個紅油脆耳; 豬耳很爽口, 麻辣的口感已把我的舌頭變得麻木, 豬耳完全感覺不到有任何的豬味; 不斷吃不斷辣, 十分醒胃。相比其他米線店的味道, 我較喜歡吃譚仔的, 清湯及味道較為美味; 繼續閱讀

Since 2008, Sours & spicy noodles restaurant has established for just several years, it has 18 branches in Hong Kong. It’s really dazzling. Also, I think it is because the attractive restaurants’ name also one of the reasons. Sichuan cuisine is famous for its spiciness. It offers you the taste of hot, numbing & sour. So, that’s why there’re many people fall in love with this cuisine. I heard these restaurants would make its special sauces that mixed with more than 10 seasonings. More than 90% ingredients are imported from Sichuan weekly, that’s why it keeps the food standard and quality. Sichuan cuisine is always my favorite. In retrospect, I had tried the other branches, however, I had never written any review. This time, my friends and I decided to order a Twin set for take-away since we were tired of cooking. Surprisingly, it took like 20-25mins to deliver to our home. In this Twin set, it has 2 bowls of Sour & Spicy Noodle and you can choose one from each of set A,B & C. I like it they would let you change to rice vermicelli/egg noodle/ bean noodle in chili sauce/ rice for free. Just if you want to change sweet potato noodle/ Sichuan style chilled noodle with minced pork that you need to pay $5 extra. All food can be spicy or no spicy; you can choose the level of spiciness. For the set A, we chose Sichuan Style Savory Chicken that I think it would be worthwhile. Look at that, although it was take away, but it looked so fine and mouthwatering. When I open the lid, the hot and numbing smell came right away. Not to mention the color of the dish, it looked so red and green, just made you feel like you can eat all of it. For the taste, the Chicken is so delicate and juicy. I would definitely like to order again next time. Sichuan cuisine’s fans please don’t miss out this dish! For the set B, we chose Pig’s Ear in Chili Sauce. It looked as fine as the Sichuan Style Savory Chicken. It added with some peanuts, shredded cucumber & sesame in this dish that totally brought this dish to another level. It combined really well with all the side dishes. It was chewy and it absorbed the taste of the chili sauce. So, it was so delicious! For set C, we chose Chilled Seaweed. It looked so-so, but I can tell the chef is pretty good that they cut the Seaweed quite even. The taste was so good and tasty. The texture is quite soft. For the Sour & Spicy Noodle, as you can tell, they looked so organized too even they were delivery. It has 5 toppings, which are minced pork, peanut, salted mustard, coriander and green onion. We both chose light spicy, but it was over our limit, even we both like eating spicy food. I like the sour taste that was quite authentic. So if you don’t like some toppings, you can request without those when you order. In general, I do like the noodle, although sometimes I feel like it was kinda too soft. Lastly, I would give a thumb up to this restaurant; it opened for that many branches for a reason. After trying many times, and I still like it, I hope it will keep their standard. 繼續閱讀
