來佬餐館,體個名就覺得好得意,就有一種好奇心想去試試啦,於是今日就同我噶friend來到哩度食個lunch。環境都幾好噶,有一種舊式西餐廳噶feel,很有年代感,服務員都好nice,服務都好周到,哩度有個叉燒炒飯,都幾好味,叉燒肥瘦適中,炒飯加左滴雞蛋落去,所以金黃色,好靚而且好好味! 繼續閱讀

無論中餐和西餐都很有水準。之前食過牛河和乳鴿。今次有生日月份便有一人有半價(原價為$$288一人)的前提下,選了一個5個course的套餐。每一個人還可以選不同的菜色和送一杯餐茶。我們價錢把餐茶升級到新鮮煲的冬瓜茶和雪梨茶。主菜我們強力推薦金箔牛排和黑毛豬。黑毛豬肉,肉質鮮嫩又有肉香。如果blind taste還以為是牛排!經理和員工服務和講解比中環和銅鑼灣的大部分餐廳優秀。週末晚上有點清淨。怕等位不怕行多一兩步的話,這裡是一個不錯的選擇。 繼續閱讀

Here, again, for a workday lunch the other day. A restaurant serving countless Hong Kong delicacies in a very comfortable environment, the dining experience is like gourmet level for local eats, I come regularly.Lunch has enough variety to make one salivate. Was picking between some popular local eats including the Homemade Barbecued Pork Rice with Sunny Side Up Egg and the Loyal Signature Pigeon. Otherwise, I was thinking of adding to my truffle collection by ordering the Fried Rice with Black Truffle and Dried Beef Tenderloin. Guess which Main Course I ordered in the end?For an additional HK$20, my set came with Chinese/Western soup and a drink. I loved the Chinese soup, it has quite a lot of soup ingredients, it was extremely tasty, nourishing and filling. Portion just enough to satisfy my grumbling tummy, yet, make you crave more.Loyal Fried Flat Noodles with Sliced Beef in Homemade Sweet Soy Sauce 滷水汁牛肉炒河粉 was the final choice as I remembered it was super delicious last time I came for it here. It was not at its best form from this restaurant on the day, but you can tell the portion is generous. Add On Snack : Deep-Fried Prawn Toast 蝦多士 was bomb, this Hong Kong delicacy has been long lost so I highly recommend to order it when you can! Most delicious I’ve ever tasted and did not know it could be like this, outrageously recommend! The toast was of a tart-pastry kind of crunchy (酥脆), minced shrimp meat was still moist, a thin layer just enough to elevate the toast.Add on Snack : Loyal Chicken Wings 甜豉油滷水雞翼 were simmered fully in the Homemade Sweet Soy Sauce, the balance of sweetness and savoury soy sauce was perfect. 繼續閱讀

放工一條友走咗去灣仔修頓球埸睇人踢波,跟住去咗位於灣仔嘅來佬餐廳買外賣返屋企,叫咗一個福建抄飯,返到去打開個飯盒,發覺盒飯都好大盒,又多料,味道唔錯,自己又係樓下買咗枝綠茶,一路睇電視一路嘆晚餐,食埋盒飯再嘆生果,咁就完美。 繼續閱讀

又來到這𥚃, 服務員們專業友善, 環境像舊式西餐廳, 坐位仍是寬闊啊。今次叫了它們出場;闊佬叉燒蛋飯,半肥瘦叉配上太陽旦,豉油及飯, 自撈, 好豐富。香草烤龍蝦,份量度都有兩三啖, 香烤另品嚐倒鮮味。loyal steak dinner,它們包含了; 煙肉腸卷, 焼菠蘿片, 雞扒, 牛扒, 豬扒, 樹菜, 薯仔等.. 分量十足, 煙腸卷配合嘢味, 肉扒們質素焼香後還有肉汁。法式白酒煮蜆,它們大大隻, 配料青瓜, 香菜, 紅黃椒, 蒜蓉, 附上烘法包片, 点湯汁一流。脆皮乳鴿,肉嫩帶汁, 香焼皮脆, 每次我都會點呢味招牌菜啊。蘇皮龍蝦湯, 味濃皮漲。全餐配埋ashtree chardonnay, merlot。。 繼續閱讀
