水餃比雲吞更差今日夜晚7點左右去完旅行返香港,所以被逼系機場食埋飯至返屋企,因為吾系好肚餓,所以就食粉麵。味道(1分)— 湯底真系幾好,還有大地魚味,— 雲吞味道勉強還可以,但吾彈口。—水餃就非常吾得,一來吾飽滿,二來邊皮好厚又好似未煮夠時間,好硬—麵系無粗麵,以粉麵店來講真系未見過。幼麵亦吾爽。環境(4分)— 座位好寬敞,服務(4分)— 服務基本正常—值得贊系佢有一個好似酒店寄存行李服務,比個號碼牌你就幫你推埋一邊,睇到大部分時間亦有人睇住,幾放心衛生(2分)—睇表面系好乾淨,但可能洗碗服務商太乾淨,湯匙好重漂白水味道。抵食(2分)— 價錢一定比普通粉麵店高好多啦,以佢名氣,環境等本來都OK,但因為味道實在比普通粉麵鋪差,所以低分。 繼續閱讀

🏆香港首間奪下米芝蓮一星的雲吞麵食府,聽聞人氣非常之高,🎉趁新春假期到希慎分店嘗嘗。👑店內裝潢有點浮誇,牆身鋪滿雲石,🏰配搭宮廷風吊燈,⛓️氣派豪華,吃個民間美食都如此有氣氛。何洪記菜單上除了最出名的鮮蝦雲吞麵外,單品項都非常多,🥣有粥、麵、腸粉、港式點心等等,但價錢絕不便宜之餘份量亦不多,中環出名的麵家也是更好的選擇,所以體驗一次半次就好。服務態度不過不失,🫖新春期間茶錢每位8蚊但枱面沒有茶壺,而且喝完茶侍應不會主動加茶。🍶每次執枱時杯碟大力碰撞,聲浪太大了有點煩擾。所以價錢貴都不一定有什麼良好體驗可言。🥩白灼鮮牛肉湯河 $70白灼鮮牛肉湯河清爽可口,鮮牛肉鮮嫩多汁,食得出是清鮮而不是清淡口味。🥓黃沙鮮豬潤腸粉 $80豬潤腸皮薄餡靚,味道爽嫩濃郁,米味腸粉皮下見到粒粒豬潤。🥟鳳城鮮蝦水餃麵 $72水餃入面有叉燒、木耳及鮮蝦,湯底用蝦子和大地魚熬煮,雖然都算有香氣,不過算不上特別出色特別厲害,其他麵家也是更好選擇。🍜正斗鮮蝦雲吞麵(小)$50小碗的雲吞麵為「細蓉」,4粒雲吞大小嬌小玲瓏,雲吞七分蝦肉、三分豬肉,肉餡甜美。麵底採用了竹昇麵,純手工製作,不過鹼水味稍重。#hkig #hkfoodie #hongkongfood #hkfood #hkfoodporn #hkfoodies #instafood #hkfoodbloggers #hkigers #ilovesharingfood #openrice #hkinfluencer #foodiehk #相機食先 #香港美食 #銅鑼灣美食 #銅鑼灣雲吞麵 #何洪記 #米芝蓮一星 #民間美食 #名過於實 #期望越大失望越大 繼續閱讀

下機就想食燒鵝,何洪記有雲吞麵加燒鵝,本來不會有錯。但係食到做人以來最屎嘅鵝!肉柴皮硬汁冇味,的雲吞湯又係冇味!咁樣晒咗一餐和二百幾,真係吊得少了。 唔識整鵝可以學,YouTube 教都唔會咁差! 繼續閱讀
