屬於新加坡當地著名餐廳之一既佢,早幾年已經決定打入香港市場,並於此開設第一間分店。不過似乎佢地未能成功完全打入香港市場,直到現時,就只維持著此店,未能拓展。 (都可能係佢地唔做拓展啦)不過真係講返食物質素,其實真係唔差。小編去過新加坡當地食過佢地既分店,亦於當地試過三四間分店,其實每間質素都差唔多。而重點係,其實香港分店既味道都好相近,價錢都唔係相差好遠,所以其實好應該真係有佢既支持度今次就試下餐廳特別優惠推介既沙嗲醬炸雞排配飯套餐,價錢係 $50 未到主食前,自行到收銀處落單後,會先領取餐飲或糖心蛋。餐飲 : 香滑奶茶 另加 : 糖心蛋 (2隻) $10奶茶茶香細滑,係即叫即沖既。另外,特色係餐廳會將此奶茶事先加入煉奶,不用白糖,所以更香更滑,不過可能會造成 "更甜" 添所以大家點餐果陣可以叫埋少甜喔糖心蛋就不得了!直頭完全係同係新加坡食既無分別,質素,味道,用料都係禁正真係愛蛋之人,一定明白佢既食法就係按自己口味,加入相對既胡椒粉+醬油,輕輕攪拌隻蛋黎食既沙嗲醬炸雞排配飯雞排驚喜地大塊,外脆內軟,外層超級香脆,帶有少量調味料,一切開,重有肉汁流出黎,無得輸 !!沙嗲醬係平時好好味既串燒醬汁,非常香濃,係成個飯既精髓加埋隻煎蛋撈埋D飯一齊食,呢個飯真係香到不得之了塊排大過拳頭好多真係感覺性價比幾高囉!切件後個數量都真係唔少架,同友人SHARE一齊食都得總結係,如果想食新加坡野,例如就係糖心蛋,喇沙湯麵呢D既食物,呢間真係唔錯既選擇味道價錢絕對成正比,對佢認知唔多,又未食過既朋友真係去試下啦 繼續閱讀

之前食過兩次亞坤的午餐同晚餐,覺得唔錯,今晚係尖東收工,特登行過去亞坤外賣一份咖椰牛油多士及一份咖椰花生醬多士,每份兩片,每份$18,雖然唔平,但因為鍾意食。落完order 坐左一陣就整好左,到手時聞到陣陣咖椰味好香,多士好脆。下次有機會一定要再試佢既新加坡特製奶茶同咖啡。 繼續閱讀

今天下午路過這發現有間新加坡餐廳看見入面環境幾乾淨。又不用排隊就走入來點了酥炸雞排飯跟咖啡先取牌坐下來喝杯咖啡!不到五分鐘職員將餐送在面前。賣相不錯,配埋太陽蛋,個蛋黃可以滲落D 飯到整個雞排是這麼的厚實,炸得不錯外頭的皮不會很多,算是還滿薄的,肉和皮沒有分離,炸得外酥內嫩受不了吸引在最燙口的時候馬上切一口咬下去,幾乎就被燙到了..雖然炸,但是沒有感覺吃油的感覺跟隨沙爹汁吃得出來有一點點甜味雞排鹹甜香氣混和沙爹汁,超級過癮的。這裡地方吾算大,但裝修企理坐得舒適,路過會再光顧 繼續閱讀

I saw all these little pieces of toast on everyone’s plates as I looked through the windows rom the street. Cooked and chilled chicken with hot soup and rice. I never really liked the cold chicken like many places in Hong Kong have. But many at he restaurant had ordered it so it seemed popular. Came out very fast (benefit of going with the popular dish). Also came with 3 different dipping sauces. One that looked like soy sauce but tasted sweeter than salty. Another was clearly garlic sauce. Another orange sauce which has some spice/heat to it. And of course those little pieces of toast that intrigued me. I ordered milk tea which, for the first time in Hong Kong, I witnessed being made in front of me. Before I sat they told me to pickup my drink. They threw a brown syrup looking solution into a blender with some milk and water. Didn’t look like tea in he traditional sense was utilized.The drink was the unique Hong Kong style milk tea flavor. Maybe a little sweeter than usual. The toast had sweet butter between each piece and it was a sweet delicious treat. Chicken was as I expected but the sauces gave me ways to switch up the flavors. Rice was a brown version hat had a taste I wasn’t familiar with but didn’t notice as much as I continued to eat. He soup was great. Reminded me of miso soup but a different flavor.There was a tv that half the screen was scrambled so it was hard to read the subtitles of the informational film that was on loop. It was about the toast and other food. A little history lesson. Pity the tv was busted so I couldn’t read what was being explained.Lunch was around $65. Table to myself even though it was busy. 個人幾鍾意食阿坤,就當係快餐店嘅一人錢。簡簡單單,普普通通嘅品質,雖然食品質素唔太突出,但係價錢又唔算太貴,當然唔可以同正宗嘅比較啦,同埋可能啲人覺得佢冇服務可言,如果大家當佢一間快餐店,可能會覺得OK你。講返杯嘢飲,啲紅豆住得幾稔,嗰啲仙草都幾好味配合埋啲粟米同啲cream唔錯唔錯。有一樣野覺得好食,其實我睏之前有幾間分店,唔知係經營不善定係真係食物質素下降依家剩係得尖沙咀一間分店,其實我覺得都幾好食 繼續閱讀
