亞參雞飯 (已結業)

昨晚到佐敦逸東酒店food hall吃亞參海雞，要|了半起骨海雞半隻+油飯，海雞淋了汁，無乜味道，除了胸外肉算是滑，皮是爽亦不簿，啫喱無嘅，收148蚊，貴不算，油飯顏色夠，香味不足，熱力亦不足，上述價可以有更好的選擇，坐得舒服嘅，地方環境乾淨。

在佐敦辦完事，臨近晚膳時間，沒想到住那裡晚餐，在麥記向 OpenRice 求助，得知對面逸東酒店地庫有 food court。走了一轉，選定亞參海南雞。海南雞飯 $88 轉雞腿 + $10，面書讚好送飲品。雞肉嫩滑，油飯有乾蔥香，不會過油，湯鮮甜沒味精，3款調味醬很正宗。送的柑桔特飲大大杯，上面一粒話梅，酸味較重，喝剩一半。吃過不少海南雞飯，這家整體水準不錯。逸東酒店地庫 food court，確是不錯的用餐地點，多選擇，環境優雅舒適，沒有人趕客。

It was another hot summer day and I was waiting for boyfriend. In need of air conditioning, I went inside Eaton Hotel's food court area. It was there that I found that Asam Chicken Rice had a tea set that only cost $38.Asam Chicken Rice has a number of branches around Hong Kong and specialize in Hainan Chicken rice. 海南雞飯普通，雞滑，但是，無雞味。雞油飯及湯，一般。而巴東牛肉就十分出色，香辣惹味！值得再去 encore! 而柑桔冰茶則略甜...下次，想試吓喇沙及蝦麵。逸東酒店地牢下的 food court, 自助形式，好坐又不趕人。
