最近去咗尖沙咀一間好有feel嘅日本餐廳,入到去見到佢哋嘅裝修真係好有日式居酒屋嘅氛圍,啲木頭桌椅同暖色燈光,感覺好放鬆😊我哋首先叫咗啲刺身,北海道海膽同海膽帆立貝沙律。食落去真係勁新鮮😍海膽嘅味道超濃郁而一d 都唔腥,包住紫菜黎食真係好正,要讚既係d 紫菜仲係好脆👍🏻而帆立貝沙律嘅口感軟滑厚身,開胃好味又抵食!跟住我哋點咗串燒,免治雞肉棒、牛小排串燒同埋黑豚蘆筍串。每一串都燒得香噴噴,味道十足,免治雞肉棒係必點!配上日本蛋汁絕對係完美嘅配合呀😍芝士鰻魚玉子燒,呢個真係令我印象深刻,玉子燒好滑,配埋濃濃嘅芝士,口感好特別。照燒原條魷魚烤得啱啱好唔會太硬身,照燒醬汁味亦都係有提鮮嘅作用😎牛油雜菌焗銀鱈魚,魚肉焗得好嫩滑,牛油味香噴噴,搭配雜菌,真係好好味😋吉列蠔小茄子滑蛋煮就更加特別,炸蠔外脆內嫩,茄子同滑蛋又加添咗清新感😌味噌飯團同醬油飯團都做到有飯焦香,鍾意飯焦的話唔好錯過!我最鍾意炸芝士年糕,外脆內軟,濃濃嘅芝士味真係回味無窮😋飲品方面,我哋選咗柚子汽水同埋烏龍茶,尤其係柚子汽水都幾清新!😛 繼續閱讀
