好耐都冇喺酒店度食早餐啦，難得喺香港住酒店就試埋佢個早餐👍👍👍👍👍早餐非常豐富，淨係包類已經有10幾款俾你揀，有煙三文魚、巴拿馬火腿、生果、乳酪。佢哋嘅包類非常好食，我一次過食咗五個包😎😎😎😎😎😎🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟五星推介香格里拉酒店的麵包

本人從未打過食評，但我為了這餐將貨就價的婚宴菜式要在此表達意見首先，由於現時婚宴改8人一枱，所以菜單也只有6個熱葷，炒粉面飯各一，糖水、甜品各一，就成為10道菜的中式晚宴第一道例排乳豬，都係得兩件，而且一大層肥膏唔食得，食完仲比我發現有兩條毛塵在碟中，Omg第二道合桃玉帶配杏香花枝球，蘆筍幾片+筍尖有苦澀味，帶子兩小片，花枝丸一粒，頗為平價的食材第三道淮杞四寶燉雞，菜名蠻好聽，但只不過是一碗藥材煲鷄湯，鷄肉是鞋的第四道花菇扣鮮鮑片，花菇一隻、鮑片一小塊有腥味+兩條小唐菜，賣相一般第五道菜清蒸老虎班，只有幾條魚就分給10幾枱客人，我諗主人家應該份量較多，而我只分到近魚頭位的魚鰭少許，差到連相都忘記影，食完等於無食第六道南乳脆香鷄，沒有南乳味，我又只分到零碎的鷄亦位+半支鷄膇骨，而雞腿肉是出奇地不嫩滑的炒飯雖然有一、兩粒帶子蝦仁襯底，但普通得很，其實一般酒樓都做到粒粒分明，這碟飯卻欠奉之後到上甜品，以為ok, 點知又比我發現匙羹上有餸漬，連碗碟都清潔得如此求其總括而言，我對呢間五星級酒店無論服務和食物質素都失望透極，今餐連翅都無，仲話係米芝蓮出品，唔好搞笑啦，不知所謂。

Coming to Shangri La Hotel for quite several times and never disappoint us, with these yummy foods and good environment. We usually have a buffet time here but this time we tried their chinese dishes which tastes good indeed surprisingFirst come to us is three snacks plates, i like the tofu kinda stuff with strong taste and soft texture Second is fried shrimps with asparagus and astest good and asparagus is soft and well cooked, the shrimps are so chewy tooI wanna say the soup is quite out of my expectation and tastes so good i normally don’t have any expectation on chinese soups at all but this one made of crabs meats and other fish meats and i couldn’t resist but finish all haaaThe grouper fish is quite nice too in normal standardWhich surprised me the most is their sesame ball look alike chicken lolll i thought why they serving us with desserts so early haaa but turn out i found that’s chicken oh my goodnesss haaa, this sesame chicken indeed so special and my first time eating chicken like this soso good i love this so muchhhFried Rice with shrimp is yummy well cooked and some seasoning haaI do love this type of chinese noodles and finish ed all lol haaLast but not least, i like the side cake so much not too sweet and the mocha cake is so soft i like itttt haainsides:The food quality is relatively high comparing with other chinese restaurant and i love the chicken most haaa, good environment and good food yaya

好耐都無食過lunch buffet, 仲要公司請入到去個環境唔算好大，食物種類都唔係幾多。冷盤方面，無生蠔同龍蝦，好失望😢，唯有不停夾海蝦黎食，d蝦都幾大隻同鮮甜既👍飲品方面，好似每個人得兩杯野飲，要同仕應order先有架，當然都係普通飲品款式！！而魚生方面，都幾新鮮既！！不過依加凍無夾太多食🥶🥶反而覺得佢地熟食仍真少呀，得個幾款，無咩得揀。另外，甜品種類都少，無咩特別驚喜，食完一轉就算架啦！唔會再想夾

因為疫情關係少了外出活動，最近見各大酒店力推自家的自助餐及其優惠，因此一連氣試了幾間。吃了兩間酒店的晚上自助餐，香格里拉是第三間，早一星期訂位也只能例入waiting list，最終也能在星期六試了一試。晚上自助餐因衛生關係，一邊入一邊出的安排進入食品區域，入去的人每人派一隻碟裝食物，有點像監獄風雲。基本上所有食物可以於五至十分鐘內看完，因為食物種類不多，.一個煮意粉專櫃、一個煮粉麵專櫃、一個煮印尼炒飯專櫃、三款中式點心、燒味、刺身及海鮮、沙律等基本上就差不多是全部食物。所謂最怕貨比貨，今次試完香格里拉的自助晚餐，感覺名過於實，以折後還要六佰多元一個人計實在不值得，與我試過另外鄰近的兩間相比，香格里拉不是最理想選擇。
