Visited this Japanese resto in Tai Koo Shing with my friend for bday dinner. .We shared the following dishes:-A4 Wagyu Beef Sukiyaki with Inaniwa Udon (HKD208)The pot was filled with different kinds of ingredients, including cabbage, green onion, carrots, mushrooms, etc. The beef was served generously, with around 20 slices and a nice fat ratio. The udon was pleasantly chewy. Mixing all the ingredients into the sweet sukiyaki sauce made the dish enjoyable. -Baked Mussels with Herb Bread Crumbs (HKD58)The mussels emitted an incredible aromatic smell with the crunchy herb bread crumbs and garlic. They were quite meaty and fresh. -Beef Tongue Skewer (HKD55)This beef tongue was on the chewier side. -Wing Skewer (HKD35)The chicken wings were nicely marinated and quite succulent. Squeezing some lemon juice onto them make them more appetising..The resto is adorned with cute Japanese posters and figures. It is quite spacious with comfortable seatings, creating a cozy atmosphere to enjoy your meal. .The staff were generally nice, but one seemed a bit rushed to collect our dishes.

首先,在食物方面,今晚點了一個溫泉蛋和牛飯,牛肉飯上的牛肉和飯的分量少得可憐,以$188來說完全不值!另外,雞皮串燒非常肥膩,燒得亦不夠乾身五花腩也非常肥及不夠乾身串燒只有雞翼燒得比較乾身,品質合乎要求然後,在服務方面,某位服務員的態度非常不友善而這個價位的餐廳來說,不應是這個服務質素而這個價位來說在太古城內有更好的選擇若這間餐廳想在太古城內就穩住腳,就必須提高服務質素食物品質和食物份量,這個價錢來說是非常不能接受的

everything was in a rush, staff kept tidying up our table even tho we still haven’t finished the dishes. 10 times within two hours ! Have room for improvement. Food was good but services need to be improved

之前黎食已經覺得佢地吉列好好味,今次做完野自己食返個late lunch,叫左個午餐-吉列特色拼盤定食$168。有豬柳,免治豚,帶子,蠔各1粒。 一個定食可以享受到4款唔同吉列,實在太開心。佢地醬汁配搭都好窩心,海鮮類配蘋果他他醬,肉類配炸豬扒醬,2款醬汁都非常好味同非常夾。總之今日既lunch覺得非常滿足,係太古區呢個價錢食到呢個質素真係無挑剔啦~係會再食既餐廳。

個friend今日帶左我去太古城嘅丸丸 洋食居酒屋,因為試過d菜式又有創意,又好食,所以要介紹比我⭐44小時製作厚切北海道三元豚鐵板燒嘩,呢個真係要讚👍!豬扒厚切到呢,但係慢煮嘅關係,入口超嫩滑,完全唔會韌!個秘製鹽液真係唔簡單,將豬肉嘅鮮味完全帶出嚟。三款醬汁都各有特色,我個人最鍾意牛肉多蜜醬,甜甜地好夾😋!⭐和風明太子薯仔沙律呢個沙律嘅造型真係好靚,打卡一流📸!薯仔沙律夠綿密,明太子嘅鹹香同溫泉蛋嘅蛋香完美融合,加上青瓜嘅爽脆口感,成件事好有層次,正呀👍!⭐焗蟹膏蟹肉配黃金多士條蟹膏蟹肉嘅鮮甜味完全爆發🦀!撈勻咗之後放喺鬆脆嘅黃金多士條上面,簡直係人間美味🤤!多士夠晒鬆化,同蟹膏蟹肉嘅creamy口感好match,食到停唔到口!⭐吞拿魚他他飯呢個飯嘅賣相真係好吸睛🤩!吞拿魚蓉夠晒新鮮,撈埋泡菜、蛋黃、蔥花同飛魚子,味道豐富,口感一流!撈埋一齊食,每一啖都充滿驚喜,好味😋!最後真係要一讚,li間餐廳嘅侍應係會主動加水嫁,真係好好😍
