一直都聽講呢間日本串燒十分難預約,一個幾月前就想試下係咪真係名乎其實,今日終於嚟到試🥹店入面裝修好有日本地道小店風,坐Bar枱好有Omakase 感覺,日本師傅仲會同客人飲酒,成個vibes都好relax好舒服👍🏻我哋主要叫嘅都係熱門菜式第一碟食係薯仔沙律,我真係唔明點解一個咁普通嘅薯仔沙律可以咁好食😂落咗特別嘅調味料,連平時唔鍾意食薯仔嘅朋友都覺得好好食👍🏻Impressive其餘嘅炸物都好高質,炸粉薄,每樣野都拿捏到啱啱好嘅金黃色👍🏻特別難忘嘅係水牛芝士,鯡魚子昆布海膽同明太子意粉。炸鯡魚子入邊好爽口嘅一粒粒魚子,加上面頭好creamy嘅海膽,一暖一凍嘅口感,完全衝擊味蕾😳口感非常豐富!明太子意粉望落普通,但係食落口絕對有驚喜,完全冇諗過一間串燒店整個意粉都可以禁好食😂炸雞胸肉芥末醬雞胸好嫩🤤好夠熱好夠脆👍🏻唯一個人覺得一般嘅係日本水茄子漬物,見佢寫咗喺牆上,係廚師推介就試下。水茄子口感比較爽身,同我本人期望軟林林茄子吾同。但係不得不説調味非常特別,味道有少少似蒸魚豉油,有薑蔥,加上芝麻嘅香味,出邊好少食到嘅冷盤,只係唔岩我個人口味😂總括而言,我覺得好值得試,價錢吾貴,食物高質👍🏻Overall: 8.5/10 繼續閱讀

以大阪平民式Kushiage嚟評,「秀殿」啲炸功同做嗰隻漿啲確做得俾一般喺香港搵到啲好。只可惜香港其餘嘅Kushiage專門店都係過江龍聯所店,所以一般香港人覺得「秀殿」比交高級一點。老實講,佢哋啲出品同一般喺日本隨街搵到啲一樣咁大路。當然間中食吓無傷大雅,但要預定一嗰幾月前嚟食一餐的確唔啱數。諗一諗喎,如果你突然想食煎釀三寶,但賣你喜歡食嘅店講俾你聽要等一個幾月,要你一早Mark低一晚,乜都唔做,推晒你朋友啲邀情,為食碟煎釀三寶,你覺得值唔值得?可況只要你肯過海去厚福街,你就可以搵到一間同「秀殿」不相伯仲嘅Kushiage店。出品,炸功,炸漿,一樣,根本係餅印,全因係「秀殿」一位師滿學徒開嘅。唯一不同係你唔需要好似排公屋咁等咁耐去食。 繼續閱讀

A really difficult place to secure a table, but we were lucky to be given after being placed on the waiting list. We enjoyed all the Kushikatsu, as their deep fry batter is really light, airy and thin, and all items were freshly cooked.The dish I wanted to try most is the shirako. It was very creamy and luscious,m. The crispy skin provided some contrasting textures.I also enjoyed the herring roe with kelp. The roes were bouncy, and the kelp made made the skewer taste even fresher.All the other seafood skewers were very fresh. The potato salad is also another must order item. 所有炸串都唔油,全部炸物既脆醬都超薄身超貼。係高級既炸物。炸蝦🍤連蝦頭放左係碟上面好耐,成張紙都無油漬。同樣係唔油,超級香脆。盜酒芝士好creamy, 唔會水稀稀既質地。布丁超香滑~炸香魚雖然內贓苦味明顯,唔係人人都鍾意,但食完我自己反而有少少回味。後來會想再食。炸飽魚配上飽魚肝醬,醬既甘味好特別 ☺️每人本身訂左10樣食物,配酒食,食到一半其實本身好飽,每人食6-8樣應該都夠~全餐廳服務都好親切,好似去左日本咁 繼續閱讀
