After visiting Miyakasa sushi restaurant for the first time, it has always been my go to place for fine quality sushi! The first time I enter the restaurant I honestly don’t know what to expect. But all I can describe is that you really felt like you have enter a sushi restaurant in Japan. (Better to make a reservation then walkin) With a warm welcome from the staff, I was led to my table. My friend and I were seated at the sushi bar, it is the best place to sit if you are visiting with a small party (1-3 people). Sushi bar is where all the action take place and the interaction between the sushi chef and customer is definitely interesting Food-wise, my go to meal is the 16 piece sushi set (around $400). This is because the type of sushi can be customisable to your liking and also the selection of sushi each time depends on what the sushi chef is fresh! So it is guaranteed sushi with the best quality! With the lunch set meals, a few sides are complimentary too. Such as seasonal pickles vegetables or meat and steamed egg japanese style. Had a really high expectation about this restaurant but unfortunately it was a total disappointment, prices were way to high for all items that we ordered and they rushed us with the service meaning they didn’t let us enjoy our food. Not recommended! 繼續閱讀

每年都會來慶祝聖誕節,人地食西餐我就食日本料理今次係第三次黎啦!每次都無令我失望。餐廳環境好舒服,如果坐到寿司吧枱,仲可以邊食邊睇師傅整寿司。我自己叫咗一個正常menu以外的納豆海鮮丼,佢成個set除左個丼之外仲有蔬菜沙律,漬物,大根麵豉湯同最正嘅茶碗蒸成個set當然要食茶碗蒸先啦,因為味道淡所以要先食,才可以品嘗到佢真正嘅味道。個茶碗蒸清甜又夠滑,似飲緊蛋湯多啲👍🏻👍🏻之後就忍不住要食個丼,對於喜愛納豆嘅人呢個一定要試,但納豆嘅味道唔係個個人都接受到嘅,order前要諗清楚。個丼入要有切碎的刺身,好甜的三文魚子,納豆已經同飯搞拌好,每一啖都食到全部材料,而納豆同飯係絕配,令成個丼提升不少!另外男朋友叫左個半份烏冬寿司定食,個定食有5件寿司,沙律,漬物,細天婦羅同冷/熱烏冬,呢間寿司的特點係唔係用白飯整,係香港比較少見。食哂成個SET 之後唔好咁快走住,仲有個好好味的雲呢拿雪糕,食埋先係呢餐一個完美嘅句號。 繼續閱讀

日本人認為夏天吃鰻魚可以補充元氣,所以夏天吃鰻魚成為日本人的習俗之一。雖然時近中秋,溽暑蒸人,實與炎夏無異,加以熬過工作繁忙得要命的九月(也許十月更忙😫),所以要吃鰻魚飯(海鰻,應稱為穴子飯)補充元氣。這裡所用的海鰻都由築地空運到港,每晚即劏起骨,把烤好的穴子,沾上醬汁,鋪在飯面上,吃前撒上山椒粉,辛口不辣的味道有助中和穴子的肥膩感,醬汁帶有甜味,肉質不算肥美,但頗嫩滑。希望吃完後可以有心有力迎接十月的挑戰! 繼續閱讀

I always come here for lunch. It is of great value and quality. The head chef is from Japan. Don't need to fly 4 plus hours to Japan for good sushi while you can just find it here. 繼續閱讀
