Our fireflies trip was a huge success, we are honestly so thankful for the great weather in-between consecutive summer rainstorms. To celebrate this we came to our old fave to have a few famous Tai Po treats to call it a night!I got this box of cold served pork collar drizzled with a mix of yellow mustard, sweet sauce and Chinese marinade. The pork neck was properly sliced, broiled and chilled, not oily at all, with texture tasted almost like crisp. Together with the sauces, it’s a bliss. There were a few tables for sitting down and dining. Our gang grabbed a few chicken thighs to enjoy. Both the deep fried and marinaded versions were gold. Chicken legs were enormous in size, as always. We had a great night, filled with youth and sweat.

三多炸脾:香脆可口,想不到那麼的好吃,因為炸脾看似容易,其實製作並不容易,因為那隻脾那麼巨大,要炸得熟而不炸老是考技術的,尤其是雞肉,要拿捏它的生熟度是很困難的,過熟便會乾,不好吃,過生當然不能吃,會壞肚子和食物中毒,所以很佩服店家敢賣炸雞脾,而且還那麼好吃。首先質感很好,真的脆皮,索索聲,爽脆,皮薄,脂肪剛好炸掉,吃起來不油膩, 調味亦相當好,濃,但不死咸,少許辣香恰到好處。超濃味又超惹味,令人相當回味,是絕對會再光顧的好店。

平時同鄰居夜晚出嚟踩車,佢哋都好鍾意買宵夜食,佢哋最鍾意就係食沙嗲牛撈公,我就成日忍口唔食,但係今次實在太早食飯,夜晚11點幾出到嚟都幾肚餓。今次終於買咗滷水雞髀配西汁意粉。之前鄰居分享嗰啲炸髀俾我試,所以今次就嗌滷水髀。攞左外賣之後,就踩出去工業村嗰邊開餐。開餐!隻雞髀個汁有啲層次唔係單係瑞士汁係有調配過,同埋厚肉得黎,個肉質相當嫩滑。另外個細汁意粉,就係細個去餐廳食鐵板餐嘅時候,配嗰份茄汁意粉嘅味道。宵夜呢個價錢都尚算合理,食完超滿足。
