細個嘅時候飲茶都係一大班人去酒樓。到咗而家做野,屋企人都會提意去下呢d新式既點心餐廳。一點心位於太子站,係路口交接位,我哋朝早去咗做運動,做完就塔車去太子,不用11點我們已經到達。當時已經有好多人排緊隊,我地一點都不心急因爲剛剛就數了我地係最後一枱可以入到第一轉既。入去坐低做嘢叫野食,吾洗一個小時店內外已經有一大班人需要登記排隊先有位,真係幸運我地入到第一轉送上熱茶。叉燒腸 $21叉燒吾乾而且好大粒,腸粉都係啖啖肉。可以稱得上係皮薄涵靚。一共有3條,肥瘦適中鳳爪排骨飯 $26排骨肉多骨少,瘦合適中,而且幾嫩滑調味剛好。鳳爪出色味道夠,不會散開。飯米分明,不會似出面好多飯都係痴住一舊舊。鮮蝦菜苗餃$20外皮薄,裏面有兩隻好大隻嘅蝦,口感爽甜。腐皮卷$22必叫之選,隻蝦真係好大隻而且外皮很薄脆,即叫即整可以無限反check。奶黃包$14奶黃我香濃綿滑,內涵非常有功力而且口感好甜都調教得適中。 繼續閱讀

One Dim Sum is seriously underrated for their dishes. True, they have previously been rated a Michelin star, but up to now, the restaurant still deserves more attention. Their prices are low (compared to other restaurants) while their standards are maintained very well. Highlights were the hargao and Phoenix chicken feet. The latter was coated in such superb sauce, allowing one to really enjoy the skin in its savory goodness. The hargaos were huge and bursting with the prawns fillings - all succulent to bite. If you like chasiewbao, then their baked ones is a great alternative to the traditional steamed ones. The glazed top gives it a sweet finish, and it comes freshly baked. For desserts, don't miss out their deep fried egg white dish - comes with honey drizzled on top and coconut flakes. Don't be daunted by it's size because it's super addictive to eat and despite its appearance, hardly oily at all. That is a mark of this dish done well. If deep fried stuff is too heaty, then the mango mochi rolls are the best choice, packed generously with fresh mango, and balanced out with the texture of the sweet rice paste.The service is fast and efficient, and all the dim sum come out in rapid succession, steaming hot and all delicious. Very often, you will have to share tables with strangers, so if you over-order dim sum (which I have), you'll end up having to stack everything. This isn't a place for one to sit down and have a slow meal for 2 hours. It is a place where good food meets good price, and you're able to enjoy it only if you queue, eat, leave, and repeat. 繼續閱讀

除咗朝早同家人飲茶之外,夜晚唔想食得太飽,又想嘆吓茶,呢間都唔錯既,不過合理好味既野當然要排啦,不過當日約8:30pm只係等咗20 mins 啫,如果唔鍾意又迫又細既地方,咁就要諗諗嘞!最失望係當日有2款點心都無提供就係牛柏葉同魷魚,但馬拉糕真係好出色呀!無得輸哩! 繼續閱讀

Great dim sum at a cheap price. The dim sum here is pretty traditional. Other places try to modernise their dishes and it's not always great. However, One Dim Sum keep is simple and tasty. Whenever I have people visit me from overseas we always take a trip here. Best dishes/ must haves are the ham shui gok, bbq rice roll, bbq bum, mango dessert and the turnip cake. waiting time is usually quite long but staff do a good job of taking the orders before entering and giving updates on progress while waiting to go. Because of it's popularity, it's a little rushed when in the restaurant, after you finish eating you're out and the next lot come in. If you're looking for somewhere to have lunch while traveling or eat great dim sum for a cheap price this is the place to go.   繼續閱讀

今天去花墟行下又買花,所以搵食到太子,見這間點心舖排哂隊咁,又試一下先。點心價錢合理,款式亦多,叉燒餐包:6分,焗起左太久,不夠香,餡料少了點,雞扎:7.5分,蒸得剛好,雞夠滑,料足,用魚肚而非豬皮,good。牛肉球:3.5分,蒸過火,用過量梳打去"那",有d搶喉。春卷:6.5分,夠脆,味道ok,蘿蔔糕:6.5分,可以,蘿蔔夠多,亦煎得香口,蝦米腸粉:7.5分,蝦米多夠香,腸粉亦夠滑。牛柏葉:5.5分,咸左d,"那"過籠,亦不整齊。蝦餃:7分,蝦肉鮮爽,比例ok,芒果腸粉:7.5分,果味香甜新鮮,皮亦彈牙。總括食物出品都可以的,但地方實在太窄,而且d阿姐招呼就......,做遊客生意左d。 繼續閱讀
