尖沙咀有很多日本餐廳,如果下雨的話,這裏絕對是一個好選擇,因為地鐵下車後,一直走地下道就會到,完全不用經過露天的地方。 午餐在這裏有很多定食選擇,今天選了究極海鮮刺身船定食。刺身船一上桌令人感到驚艷,擺盤很漂亮很好打卡,𥚃面有牡丹蝦、海膽、三文魚籽、帶子、油甘魚、呑拿魚、三文魚腩、最開心是有油花豐富的呑拿魚腩。每款刺身都是我喜歡的,每樣都可以吃一些,很適合三心兩意又有選擇困難症的我。大部分刺身都蠻新鮮的,牡丹蝦、帶子、油甘魚等等都好吃,海膽雖不至於像在北海道吃到的那樣鮮甜,但也不會像其他一些日式餐廳,沒有腥味或不好的味道。我本身對腥味非常敏感,因此除了在日本,平常比較不會常吃三文魚籽,幸好這裡的三文魚籽只有一點點味,可以接受,我把它幾乎吃完了。而呑拿魚腩的部分,則有一點筋,可是定食價錢不貴,份量也多,這個質素我覺得很可以接受了。 然後我印象最深刻的是,餐飲附送的咖啡很好喝!我不是很懂咖啡的專家,喜歡有糖的奶啡,這裡的咖啡有炭烤的味道,而且很香濃。 這𥚃的裝潢是日式居酒屋的設計,燈光幽暗,有好幾個榻榻米的位置,跟朋友一起來坐這些位置蠻有趣的。而除了吧枱之外,還有一些間隔較高的位置,不會跟其他客人在近距離對上眼,坐得很自在。 此外,餐廳的服務也是非常好,店員很有禮貌,有需要下單、結帳等等的事情,很快就會有人來處理,不需要一直坐着乾等。 整體用餐體驗很好,下次晚上再來試試,應該會更有氣氛。 繼續閱讀

最近 ig 見到越嚟越多朋友黎呢度食,終於把心一橫黎試吓。地點好方便,地鐵站一出就係,打風落雨都唔驚。1800去到,是日 walk in 最後一張枱,下次去一定要book枱餐廳氣氛好好,裝修都好靚,非常之多酒嘅選擇,食物亦都以居酒屋食物為主,適合一大班朋友過嚟燒雞腿肉,個皮燒得勁香勁脆,肉質亦都好柔軟多汁燒鱈魚片,送酒傾偈一流燒番薯,略嫌比較乾身全晚最有驚喜嘅係呢一條鹽燒嘅金目鯛,雖然等嘅時間比較耐,但係食落勁新鮮,肉汁鮮甜,亦爆魚油,餐廳必點👍🏼 繼續閱讀

上星期walk in一次,當時6:45問有無兩個位,職員話有,但只可以食15分鐘,7:00要交枱。聽完果下笑左,好有趣既答法。於是過兩日再打電話訂枱,6:15打電話約6:30成功訂位~其實因為依段時間住係附近先留意到依間餐廳,好隱蔽但又好似唔錯咁,之後search先知係咁受歡迎。BTW今次我地就order左和牛三文治,銀鱈魚西京燒,特盛海膽吞拿魚卷同兩位情人節限定cocktail 。首先要講下和牛三文治,價錢對比日本食既平,但質素都相對地一般,個和牛好肥,食左兩件都有野咬唔爛要吐番出黎。銀鱈魚西京燒就夠滑,唔會好腥,都幾好味。特盛吞拿魚卷底下係有8件小青瓜卷,放一層吞拿魚粒,再放魚籽、海膽同埋唔知係味蟹肉既物體?我就食唔出係咩因為唔多有味~感覺材料高質,只係份量比較少。服務方面我覺得幾好,職員主動幫我地影相,又會幫其他食客影相,不過一坐底依間係無水/茶,prefer你飲酒~overall食物OK,環境唔錯,坐得舒服,可以一試😚 繼續閱讀

朋友講話九龍酒店地下商場開咗間新嘅日式居酒屋,搵咗好耐,原來有個地鐵站一出口就係。weekday 7pm walk in 去到唔使等位。餐廳嘅裝修好日式,同東京嘅居酒屋差唔多。餐廳種類包羅萬有,有爐端燒、佢都有串燒、刺身同熟食安排咗門口嘅一張梳化位俾我哋五個人,侍應服務態度非常好,我有兩個小朋友,唔使request,已經主動俾咗兩set 兒童餐具👍🏼侍應好快就推介我哋大人同埋小朋友嘅嘢食。叫左個udon 同玉子俾小朋友。叫咗幾個前菜,有爐端燒嘅蘆筍、青椒仔、西京燒魚翅,同埋蝦多士,全部都超水準😋呢個一人分壽司超級推介,有海膽、吞拿魚腩,食落口感一流呢個牛肋骨經過慢煮之後,亦都非常之好味,好重肉味,冇乜血水呢個爐端燒金目鯛,雖然等咗好耐,不過啲肉外脆內軟,口感一流,亦都充滿魚油味已經期待下一次再去啦,小朋友亦都好鍾意,價錢都算合理 繼續閱讀
