Job Description

Responsibilities


Lab

  • Conduct food microbiological test and equipment calibration
  • Address quality and hygiene issues
  • Conduct hygiene audits and provide hygiene training
  • Implement, monitor and improve quality and hygiene management systems

HACCP

  • Conduct internal hygiene audits and supplier audits
  • Address quality and hygiene issues and solve any problem found
  • Implement, monitor and improve quality and hygiene management systems
  • Participate in developing and delivering hygiene training for general staff

Requirements

  • Degree / Higher Diploma / Diploma holder in Nutrition / Food Science / Food Technology or related discipline
  • Knowledge of microbiological testing and techniques would be an advantage
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001/ ISO 14001 is preferred
  • Excellent in PC operation including Nutritional Analysis software and Microsoft Office
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Shift duty is required
  • Fresh graduates will also be considered
