  • Operate kitchen equipment

  • Above 5 years solid experience in pastry workshop 
  • Passionate about French traditional pastry
  • Dedication to quality, product knowledge and willingness to achieve
  • Hardworking, flexible and good team player
  • Sense of creativity and innovation
  • Good analytical, communication and interpersonal skills with good command of both written and spoken English
