* Responsible for the production of bakery, pastries and other related products
* Maintain, monitor and improve quality performances to comply with the prescribed food quality;
* Carry out Cost control planning such as food and ingredients, and ordering & inventory management;
* Set up and maintain high standards of kitchen hygiene;
* Inspect kitchen supplies, equipment and work areas to ensure conformance to establish standards.
* Minimum 2 years relevant bakery experience in reputable kitchen
* Knowledge of food health, safety and hygiene compliance;
* Excellent knowledge of menu planning, cost control and kitchen management;
* Highly organized with problem solving and multi-tasking skills;
* Creative and quality-oriented;
* Team player, work hard, good interpersonal and communication skills;
* Good management skill with excellent managerial behaviors and trades.
