Responsibilities:

• Support the implementation of “5-S” management system and perform on-site audit in restaurants;
• Maintain environmental, health & safety record and documents;
• Follow up work injury case and prepare related reports and documents;
• Organize the occupational safety training and modify & update the training materials from time to time;
• Ensure the operations in restaurants are in compliance with safety regulations and corporate requirements;
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma holder or above in related disciplines;
• A Minimum of 1 year's working experience in clerical support;
• Experience in F&B operations and restaurant group is preferable;
• Knowledge in Safety and Health Ordinance is an advantage;
• Strong presentation and communications skills;
• Good inter-personal skills & able to work independently;
• Good written and spoken English and Chinese;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Recent graduates will be considered
