Job description工作職責

Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for the overall daily operation in the kitchen, ensure operation running smooth
  2. Supervise and train kitchen team to meet service standards to maintain a high-quality work force
  3. Monitor food cost and budget
  4. Ensure kitchen safety and hygiene requirements
  5. Develop recipes and portion specifications by consumer tastes, nutritional needs, product specifications
  6. Less experience will be considered as Sous Chef

Requirements:

  1. Minimum 10 years western cooking & food production as well as operations experience in which at least 5 years in supervisory level
  2. Strong leadership skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  3. Dedicated to food quality, creativity and control
  4. Strong knowledge of proper food handling and sanitation standards
  5. Experience in food and beverage is required with restaurant operations and customer services in Western cuisine
  6. Able to communicate in English
  7. Immediate available in highly preferred
