- 12 days Annual Leave
- 5-day work week, 9 hours work per day

- Handle incoming and outgoing calls according to hotel standard in a courteous manner.
- Record all call entries on call log record.
- Degree / Diploma holder in hotel management or related discipline
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in hotel experience is an advantage
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
- Customer and service orientated
