Senior Technician 高級技工 / Technician 技工 (Fixed Working Hours 固定工作時間)

工作職責Job Responsibilities

• 每星期工作六天，每天九小時，09:00 – 18:00。6 days of work per week, 9 hours per day, from 09:00 to 18:00.
• 負責大廈各項機電系統及設施的保養維修工作。Responsible for maintenance and repair works of E&M systems and facilities of the building.
• 定期檢查各項機電系統和設施。Perform regular inspections on E&M systems and facilities.
• 進行預防性及緊急故障維修工作。Carry out preventive and emergency breakdown works.
• 須按上司要求到指派地點工作。Rotation of working location is required.

工作要求Job Requirements

• 3 年或以上大廈保養及維修工作經驗。Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience on properties' repair and maintenance.
• 須持有效電工”A”牌。Holder of Registered Electrical Worker Certificate Grade A is a must.
• 操流利粵語，懂簡單中文書寫。Good command of both spoken and written Chinese.
• 經驗較多者可考慮為高級技工。Candidate with more experience may consider as Senior Technician.
