Assistant Manager

Assistant Manager


Responsibilities:

  • Assist Assistant Front Office Manager to oversee Front Office operation and handle administrative duties
  • Maintain service standards and enhance guest satisfaction
  • Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and emergency cases


Requirements:

  • Degree / Diploma Holder in Hospitality Management or related disciplines
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, 4 to 5 stars hotel as an advantage
  • Service-oriented and attention to detail
  • Mature, independent with excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Good command of English and Chinese
