Assistant Sales Administration Officer
Job Description
We are now seeking a potential incumbent to join our expanding company with the following responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
• Ensure all sales, products and price data are well recorded and maintain updated in the ERP system
• Ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of supply chain and logistics arrangement
• Implement sales and operations rules and procedures and ensure the Company internal instructions/ requirements and procedures are followed
• Provide sales analysis / reports to the retail shops and head office
• Implement stock taking at retail shops
• Coordinate with branches, internal departments, business partners and vendors
• Perform ad-hoc assignments
Requirements:
• Diploma holder or above with minimum 3 years’ solid experience
• Working experience in luxury Watch & Jewellery industry will be advantage
• Flexible attitude and positive approach to change
• Responsible, self-motivated, well organized and able to work under pressure
• Detail minded, strong numerical sense and analytical skill
• Good command of written & spoken English & Chinese
• Strong in MS Office applications including Excel, Word and Powerpoint with good Chinese word processing
