Responsibilities

  • Assist HR team for any related duties
  • Input, update & maintain staff records in the HR system.
  • Maintain daily personal files filling
  • Handle other ad-hoc assignments as assigned

Requirements

  • Able to work constantly on at least 1-2 days per week
  • Good at number and careful in details
  • Fast and Preciseness
  • Familiar with MS Word, Excel, and Chinese Word Processing
  • F5 or above, Diploma in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or other related disciplines is a plus
  • Experienced in Clerical work is preferred
  • Immediate availability is preferred
