We are looking for a high caliber candidate to join LUBUDS F&B group as a Executive Chef / Executive Sous Chef, which provides authentic and innovative Italian and French food

Job Description:

  • Manage multiple outlets
  • Knowledge in P&L and able to maintain reasonable food cost and labor cost and to maximize the profitability and food quality
  • Maintaining control of the kitchen operations and food productions according to company standard
  • Estimating costs and ensure all purchases come within budget
  • Creating new menus, recipes and developing dishes and submit cost proposals for menu items
  • Determining food inventory needs, stocking and purchasing
  • Training, developing and motivating kitchen staffs to meet and exceed established food preparation standards on a consistent basis
  • Ensuring compliance with food handling and hygiene standards
  • Being responsible for health and safety of customers and staffs
  • Inspecting all kitchen supplies, equipment, and work area to compliance with established standards

Requirements:

  • Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in Western Cuisine
  • Proven track records in kitchen operations management in high-end restaurants or hotels
  • Good knowledge of culinary trends and ability to create new concepts and menus
  • Have a strong team spirit and good at communicating with employees of different levels
  • Have initiative and be proactive, improve all aspects of the company
  • Holder of FEHD hygiene manager or supervisor certificate will be an advantage
  • Able to work under pressure
