• Responsible for managing overall running of the Bar operations, including budget preparation, business forecast, menu planning, recruitment, conduct training and exercise inventory control

• Work closely with the Executive Chef on promotions and menu planning

• Direct all aspects of operations of the Bar and control its quality on drinks and services

• Identify the problems encountered in operations, analyze the problems and provide advice and recommendation to top management to enhance the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the operation


• Certificate Holder in Hotel/ Catering Management or related disciplines

• Good command in written and spoken both English and Chinese is a must

• A minimum of 8 years relevant experience in F&B Industry of which 4 years are at managerial level

• Good knowledge on wines and drinks

• A self driven leader with effective motivation skills and team building skills

• Good customer service, communications and interpersonal skills are a must

• Immediate available is preferred but not essential
