大廚/二廚 (日式居酒屋)


- 負責管理廚房日常運作,確保符合法例及公司衛生安全要求

- 配合公司市場銷售計劃以設計餐牌,控制成本,與採購部合作溝通食材成本及訂單送貨安排

- 管理及培訓人才,與人力資源部合作溝通有關招聘人手、出勤資蔪等安排

- 須具有至少7年或以上的相關工作經驗

- 有居酒屋或燒爐經驗者為佳
